It is close to restaurants, pharmacies, banks and shops.
The first room they gave me stinks and the bathroom was dirty, moldy and the bed looked disgusting. When I complained, they gave me another room that was a little better, but the bathroom was still moldy, and the bed and headboard had yellowish stains. To make a long story short, we ended up spending the night at another hotel.

Staff are friendly, location was good parking lot very good i feel safety because there’s a security guard i guess 24 hours.
Bathroom need cleaning speacially the toilet need a bleach and brushing, the towels and the bedsheet.

hot shower, comfortable enough bed. the air conditioning was existent.
they put us in wrong room and made us switch after I already showered and unpacked our stuff. the room had a huge dirt pile in it from the wall. water drips on you from the ceiling when you're sitting on the toilet. there was no view outside the window was just a wall ? TV remote had no batteries and there was no wifi even though it was advertised.

The cost is really the only upside for this Hotel. Everything you can avail in this hotel is definitely worth PHP 500+
The facilities are worn down and it has obvious lack of maintenance. There was no clean toilet water, especially the shower water is not clean. It has also worn down bedding and pillowcases. The room service is not at all responsive and it has poor quality of service overall. We were willing to overlook these things because of the cheap cost of PHP 500+ per night (Standard Twin Room). But the one that stressed us over is that when we were about to check out from our 10-day stay, and it was our last night and we were supposed to sleep early because we have early appointments the next day, THERE WAS A RAT. I repeat, there are rodents in this HOTEL. We repeatedly asked for help from Room Service at approx 9PM, and after several repeated calls, Room Service arrived at almost 12 midnight. It caused us mental distress and lack of sleep due to poor management and I will not recommend this stay to anyone.

i always liked its location. The commute is easy. There are nearby fast food and banks.
Although i am aware that it is an old pension, the room can be cleaned some more. The toilet is yellow, the floor of the bathroom is yellow as well. The shower is very depressing and the faucet needs attention.

Nobody assisted going to the room. Puliki pamig pangita sa room ug aha, saka2x atong very steep na stairs. No available service water. No garbage bin inside the room. Cabinets are dusty. Floor is unpolished. Toilet bowl is clogged. No towels ready, had to call the front desk pa.
