Disappointing
Great location. Breakfast food no choices, cereal was not provided. Fruits was limited only to 1-2 types. Varieties of Filo foods were available but there was not much for Westerners.
Was very disappointed because we were transferred rooms multiple times. Someone from the hotel disturbed our sleep at midnight trying to deliver food which we have no idea what is it all about. Final room given 637 shower area not draining properly.

Room was not Deluxe Executive as paid for. Pool was dirty and there was an additional charge to use it.

Wonderful
Rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. Staff were extremely helpful
Half of the cable TV line-up were not working and the showers were not getting hot enough.

It's close to the mall we shop at.
If there's anything it would be some minor breakfast changes...a small plastic cup for pancake syrup. Some Bacon would be nice. I still enjoy the breakfast.

Very Good
The staff is very polite & the grounds are neat and tidy.
One fix could be a larger room for breakfast or to regulate the hours to eat there....example...floors 2-4 from 6 to 8am and floors 5 to 8 8:30 to 10am....just a suggestion.

Pleasant
located near the mall and in the city area, it was a good location to stay at. The beds were comfortable and a large size.
The rooms seem to be old and dated, with problematic air con that doesnt get very cold. The metal in the room was rusting making the place look dirty. The bedsheets had stains on them but were clean. Trikes cannot access the street that it is on.

no wifi, no internet had to call front desk to send rtepairman, the solution was to hard wire my laptop, no wifi
