Disappointing
The location. Thats it.
A lot. It needs to provide drinking water even to drink for medication. Not enough garbage cans. The price I paid for the 2 nights is not worth it.

The location is good
We had cockroaches in our room so we asked to be moved. Then the next room we moved to also had cockroaches. There was a billing issue, but we did receive credit for that. We checked out and went to another hotel.

The location was OK
There were three of us and we were supposed to have three rooms two Adjoining . First of all, this turned out to be a lie. Then we had cockroaches we had to be moved twice. Or stay was supposed to be three days and we end up leaving in 14 hours.

I like how strategic the location is, it is near to malls.
It has cockroaches, no water heater and cloth hangers. The air-con in our room is not cold. One thing, when I checked in, it was not a good experience my booking was not in their system ( though I booked a week a go and paid the booking in advance ) so I have to wait 30 mins before I can go to our room.

Location near malls. Prompt response to request for cleaning and repair. Accommodating and helpful staff. Cold and hot shower. Safe use of key card.
No phone for calls to counter, etc. Weak internet connection. No smart TV.

Its located conveniently
They will give you the least favorable room, the room was quite small for a double size bed. Upon check in they forgot many things to give to you. Sad to say i havent taken any photo.

Very accessible to Centrio Mall, Gaisano Mall
There's no available trash bin, no available table and chair. I requested the front desk officer but the hotel that day was fully occupied. I sent an email to them like a week ago as I made a request, but I'm too sad they didn't answer my email for a particular request.
