Exceptional
The property has a beach front Maling the beach very accessible. The staff from security up to the reception and housekeeping are all very polite and cheerful. The restaurant has a lot of food choices to choose from and the food we had tasted very good

I like how clean it was. Staff kept sweeping out the water and mopping it in the tile floor. Staff was exceptional. On arrival during check in, we were greeted and given mango shakes. During the breakfast buffet, staff was checking in frequently and delivered my omelet to my table. The spread of buffet items was great. I did enjoy my fluffy slippers. The safe in the room was reassuring to leave my valuables.
Not a lot of activities except for the pool. I did not like that there were tour guides bothering you to sign up with them to do an activity especially when all I wanted to do is relax. My screen door was difficult to open, clean, and lock. Kinda pricey for pool access. I wish my room had a clothing rack to dry my wet swim suit.

Overall, we had a great experience. From the room itself to the food, and of course the service, everything was superb. The entire team was very attentive and always one or two steps ahead of our needs. When my parents mentioned they would be sharing a drink, they immediately served it in two separate glasses without us having to ask, which we truly appreciated. They were always attentive and happy to offer assistance whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it is definitely a place we would highly recommend.
Nothing particular in the hotel but a just wondering why Station 1 does not have fire dancers and we have to go to other stations to watch it. Also, maybe band or other activity during the evening?

The location was amazing. Food and specially the staff were phenomenal!
The hotel is right on the beach. The rooms were clean and of good size. The presidential suit was reasonably priced and had an amazing view of the beach.

Dark hallways & stairways. Stairway was dark with no lighting/ trip hazard. Back hallway was adjacent to machine blowing hot air.

Once you get to the beach front, the vendors for the activities and other random things will come to you one after the other. It’s hard to relax!

The room is very spacious and the access to the pool (while the pool is quite small) is very convenient. The hotel changes towels and gives complementary water and the bathroom tissue supply is not an issue. The hotel slippers are very comfortable. The location is ideal as it is located in station one, and the restaurant serves reasonable and delicious meals. Recommended orders in the resto: Halo halo, four cheese pizzza, tinola and bulalo. As for the breakfast buffer, they have a reasonable selection so it is just okay.
The pool is very small and has no shower stalls or footbath nearby. The pathway leading to the room is where the sewage system is located so it really stinks. The cleanliness can be improved

Nice location close everything that I need.
The toilet flush and sink was clogged! No blower from the bathroom smells really bad. When you open the door going outside the smell outside is bad! We ordered the pizza and it's saggy taste not good!!! Bad service

Very disappointed with our stay. We booked a pool access room but the room specially the shower area smelled strongly like urine. We reported the issue and ask for help but the staff did not seem concerned and nothing was done to fix it. Cleanliness and customer service were both below expectations. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

The room that we were in was spacious. The bathroom was beautiful.
The crib provided for my baby had no padding and could hurt my baby from the steel. Asked them to provide extra sheets to put in the crib and they gladly provided.

The staff of the resort are wonderful. We also loved our room although next time I think we should get one facing the beach for more privacy.
Not too much sea-view rooms but this is understandable given the size of the resort.
