Best customer service. The restaurant staff were exceptional! They go out of their way and very receptive for our needs. Food was excellent! Towel personnel attentive to towel needs, also was our go to person for needs( Nick).

I liked everything! The weather was unusually gloomy for the time of year we were there, but Two Seasons made everything better! Every possible convenience was offered to us. Umbrellas for rent, a place to wash the sand off your feet before entering the hotel common areas, ample towels, and clean swimming pools. Extremely easy access to the station one beach was a definite plus.
If you want to get around the island, there is easy to use electric tuktuks/tricycles that the staff can flag down for you.
Our room was on the third floor. And while the climb isn't bad at all, having an elevator would have been nice. But I'm nitpicking at this point.

Beach front on beautiful White Beach Station 1. The restaurant sits looking at the beach. Beach chairs are out early morning daily and there are plenty of single chairs also. Stunning property. Absolutely amazing staff. Lewen and Zeto are the best as are all of the staff. Fabulous.

Our suite was located right along the street where you can hear constant noise from tricycles, cars, etc. Also, right above our suite is the water pump that made a banging noise every 5-7 seconds from 6:00AM to 10:00PM.

the food is really good. the staffs are so cheerful and accommodating. the room is big for our family. we really had a great time!
on our 3rd night, the water is very low almost to none. and there was a time that the electricity went out. but just for a few seconds.

Property is located in station 1 which is not very crowded. Also it is beachfront hotel. Easy access to the beach. Staff were very courteous.

It's a small boutique hotel. But the location is nice. The room is big and spacious which is perfect for our need. A family of 5 with kids and we want to stay in one room. So this is very perfect.
The bath towels are soft, big and fluffy. Bed is big and soft. Breakfast is superb whether it is buffet or plated. Restaurant is very famous for it's pizza and food.
The hotel is a bit expensive. But this is Boracay. Everything in Boracay is so expensive. So expect that hotel and food is expensive. I wish they have elevator as an option. We stayed at the 2nd floor. The swimming pool is too small. There's almost no privacy.
I wish that transfers is included given how expensive the accommodation is. They recommended a 3rd party transfer but too expensive. Transfers in Boracay is super expensive and inconvenient. Just do a DIY.

Beach front and very friendly staff. Overall a very nice experience. Definitely I will recommend Two Seasons as one of the great hotels in Boracay. Good food as well on their restaurant. Live the pizza and sisig.
The hallways got flooded during the rain and the bathroom drainage has a foul smell also due to the flood.

Great and very friendly staff, good location and excellent access to the beach front. Great value for money and staff very accommodating. Massages in room available which were excellent. Good selection for breakfast and coffee was plentiful.
I would have preferred more muesli and nut options for breakfast.

Nice location and very helpful staff. Restaurant has good food. Rooms are clean.
Although rooms are clean, you can say that it has served it’s time, and needs an upgrade. Finishes and other furniture needs to be upgraded. Beach front needs to be cleaned up regularly.

Room was right next to front desk and restaurant, so it was a bit noisy when people start to gather.
