Beautiful property and extremely comfortable suites. Bed was perfect. Water pressure and hot water in shower were excellent. They had a mosquito zapper in the room which was really helpful. Breakfast was made to order (not continental) and was delicious. I had an early morning departure so they packed me a sandwich on the day I wouldn't get to have breakfast. They also arranged the door to door transfer including boat back to the airport at a fair price. I had a problem in town on my first night (Hibiscus spa in station 2, not safe for females) and the hotel manager escorted me to the local police station to file a complaint which was very kind of him
While it is in station 1, it's a bit far from a nice stretch of beach (20 minute walk). The beach in front of the property is small without amenities. It's also about a 10 minute walk uphill to the main road for tricycles. The property does offer free transport to D Mall until 6pm which is helpful. Otherwise they can call you a tricycle but those ran about 150 pesos and the public ones cost 15.

This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. We were looking to book a small hotel that’s a bit secluded and quiet, but not too far from the beach. This hotel hit all the marks and more.
The staff were amazing. They were polite, professional, and very accommodating with our requests. The room we stayed in was the Penthouse, and it was very spacious for the four of us. The ACs worked perfectly, the beddings and linens were spotless, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The property has lots of greenery, so it feels like a quiet sanctuary in the middle of Boracay. It’s peaceful, quiet, and stays really cool throughout the day.
The whole hotel could use some updating, but that doesn’t mean it was neglected, far from it. Just needs little fixes here and there. Aside from that, everything was perfect. It’s a 3-minute walk to the beach and about 10 to 15 minutes to D’Mall. A bit far, but we were able to put in some steps for our pedometers!lol
Overall, this hotel was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Boracay. Thank you for a stress free and memorable stay.

I stayed at The Strand Boutique Resort for three nights (Mar 31–Apr 3) and was truly impressed. The room was spotless, tidy, and carried a fresh, inviting scent that made it feel instantly welcoming. The location was perfect for anyone seeking peace and tranquility—away from the noise, yet close enough to enjoy the essentials. The staff were warm and attentive, making the experience feel personal and genuine. Every detail, from the serene ambiance to the well-kept facilities, reflected thoughtful care. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to return, not just for the comfort, but for the calm it brings.

Absolutely everything. The staff were friendly, accommodating, amazing ?. Location to Station 1 White Beach juya short stroll away. A quick etrike ride and you are at Station 2.

A beautiful room in a lovely resort in the north end of Station 1 in Boracay. it was exactly the quiet place I was hoping for. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfortable. I found that because of the nature of the room I didn't always require the AC as the room was naturally cool. The swimming pool was beautiful and the property is a very short walk to a quiet part of White Beach. The staff here are second to none.

Perhaps the best quality-to-price accommodation not just in Boracay but in the entire Philippines.
I don’t give out perfect scores lightly, so i won’t call it a 10/10 but a 9/10 is more than fair. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it clear this wasn’t just another stay. They’re genuine, attentive, the kind of people who make you feel at home without trying too hard. We actually kept extending our stay again and again.
Boracay itself is breathtaking but only if you avoid getting trapped in Station 2. It’s overcrowded, chaotic, and honestly takes away from the island’s magic. We stayed near Diniwid, at the quiet end of White Beach and that’s where Boracay truly reveals itself. Sailing boats resting by the shore, drifting out at sunset, creating scenes that don’t need filters. Just raw beauty.
Now, The Strand Resort. At under $100 per night for couples or even families, it feels almost unfair. You keep waiting for the catch. There isn’t one.
The food is excellent.
The service is fast, effortless.
And the coffee, genuinely outstanding.
What impressed me most is that it’s not just one “good barista” but multiple staff members can deliver a perfect cup, which tells you everything about the standards and training behind the scenes. That level of consistency is rare.
Two minutes from the property, you reach what is, in my opinion, the best part of White Beach. Less crowded, calmer, and, importantly, almost untouched by the seasonal “matcha” algae. Yes, during certain periods, green algae washes ashore across Boracay. It’s natural, not unpleasant, but not everyone’s preference. Here, almost none. Meanwhile, Station 2 was covered.
And the moment your feet hit the impressive white sand, you’re greeted by fresh, perfectly cut young coconuts. Simple, but unforgettable. This place gets everything right that actually matters.
It’s not just a stay. It’s the kind of place that quietly resets your expectations. We’ll be back next year. No question.
Now, why not a full 10/10?
There are a few details worth mentioning. None dealbreakers, but noticeable.
The bathroom is on the smaller side. The room and living area are spacious enough to compensate, but ideally, a larger shower and toilet space would elevate the experience further. Everything is separated, which is practical, but slightly more room there would make a difference.
Breakfast is genuinely delicious, with a variety of good options. That said, portions lean slightly on the modest side. You won’t leave hungry but you might feel like just a bit more would make it perfect.
One of the bigger downsides for us is the television setup. It’s limited to older channels, no smart TV, no Netflix, no streaming options. After a full day exploring the island, there’s something comforting about winding down with a movie. The absence of that is the main reason this doesn’t reach a 10/10. It’s manageable, especially if you bring a laptop, but it’s still a missed opportunity.
As for the internet, i’d rate it around a 7/10. Not exceptionally fast, but stable enough for general use. It does the job, just don’t expect top-tier speeds.
These are refinements, not flaws. Fix them, and this place becomes nearly untouchable in its category.

The hotel was well situated in the calmer area of station 1 (less crowded), a two minute walk to the beach, spacious property, possible to book massage room service/ tricycle to main area and offered laundry service for 100 php / kg. Clean room (no mosquitos in room :-) ), friendly staff + and dog Girly!

Having wonderful breakfast on the veranda in front of our suite, (they let you take your food there but serve only at the restaurant) greenery, proximity to the beach, the feeling of being welcome, wonderful staff. The room/suite that I booked was really spacious and comfortable.
Construction site nearby, but that's not their fault and not happening in the evenings or early mornings.

Nice property. Secure. Friendly staff. Close proximity to the beach. Great layout for our group of 3 friends; we booked the family suite which included two separate bedrooms and a very large covered, private outdoor space.
It’s at the very end of the beach, which is nice, but a longer walk to the stores and restaurants.

Nothing just may be the road but it really worths. İn 5 minutes walks tuks tuks are always available and very affordable. Also hotel also has a shuttle when you ask during the day you can access the dmall.

The resort is beautiful and well taken care of, about 2 mins walk to the beach. I love all the trees, plants, and the overall aesthetic of the resort. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff is what made it even memorable. They called us by our first name, were very attentive, and kind. They even have a resident pup, girlie! The food and drinks were also amazing!
Hennan hotel is being built right next door and the construction did affect the relaxation part, but this isnt the resort's fault.

It is such an amazing contrast to the blue quiet waters of the beach in station 1. You walk up a small road and enter a very serene, quiet place with a nice garden, surrounded by tall trees. Its like a little forest sanctuary after a hot day by the beach. They have a group of amazing and friendly staffs. The place is like a refuge after a very hectic day at the beach..
