The attentive and supportive staff provided exceptional service, truly the hotel's best feature. The SPA was perfect and the location, being only steps from the beach, was ideal.
The facility overall was below expectations (neither bad nor great). Specifically, the breakfast selection was very limited. There were also notable maintenance issues: the restroom needs immediate service, including replacement of the shower handle, and the lights went out entirely on my final night, causing an inconvenience.

We liked everything about the property ..our room was large and clean ..everything we needed was in the room ..the staff very attentive and helpful … our room was across from the pool and the beach right out the front door

It was right on the beach, the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and it had a beautiful view of the beach and water while you eat your breakfast.
Walking down the alley from the road on arrival and departure. I hope that will be improved by the time i go back with my family and friends in a year or two.

The District is perfectly situated in the center of all of the action in Boracay and is directly on the beach. The staff were among the best I have encountered in any hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very Good
The hotel is strategically located for you to enjoy the beach (they have reserved spots) and access all other spots of the island. I recommend that you book the airport transfer with them as it is super smooth compared to booking with external vendors when arriving at the airport (almost the same price but less convenient).
Wifi and breakfast need to be improved. Breakfast could have more choices. Wifi is almost non existent.

The breakfast was good. Good choices and the staff really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent only problem there was an alley you had to walk through which was not at all pleasant. When it rained it flooded. The staff were friendly polite and very willing to help. They had a guy outside selling trips who was extremely pleasant and not at all pushy
The WiFi was not good kept loosing connection and the alley you needed to walk down to get to hotel dreadful

Access to the beach

The staff is plentiful and very polite and helpful.
The location Is magnificent. Exactly on the beach.
The property lacks quality facilities. The breakfast was not at our tastes but I can not complain since it looked more adequate for Asian cuisine lovers.
The room was comfortable but there was way too much humidity which made us sick. We all left with running noses from the hotel.

This was my second stay at this hotel, the staff are great, the hotel rooms are good, the location is great on the beach front, I recommend to contact the hotel and use their airport transfer, wroth every peso.
