Great resort, offers a very comfortable stay. Exceptional friendly staff, very helpful and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. At walking distance to the beach, easy access to the rest of the island by public transport, the hotel can organise this for you. Amazing breakfast buffet and food/ drink service at the pool. A huge thank you to the following staff members, we loved getting to know you and talk to you: Checky, Helen, Maddy, Brian, Frank, Kaye, Andrea and the person behind the outdoor bar. And anyone else we met that are not mentioned above.

We stayed at Savoy Hotel Boracay as a family of three (2 adults and 1 child), and overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The location in Boracay Newcoast is quiet and peaceful — away from the busy crowd at White Beach — which made it perfect for family downtime.
Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for the three of us. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and very helpful — they always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to assist.
Our child loved the swimming pool and the private beach area, which was calm and safe to play in. The shuttle service to the main stations was convenient, though it can get full, so planning ahead helps.
Overall, Savoy Hotel Boracay is a great choice for families looking for a quieter side of the island, clean facilities, and warm service. If you don’t mind being a short ride away from the main beach, it’s definitely worth it for a peaceful family stay.
Breakfast had a good variety, though other meals were just okay — not a lot of dining options nearby, so we went out a few times using the shuttle.

It was too isolated requiring a shuttle to go anywhere. The private beach was covered in green smelly seaweed. Pool tile decking was burning hot to the feet.

No buffet but selected meals, the whole hotel is old and smell like roach spray and cheap motel soap, the bed is not comfortable at all, the shower doesnt have any pressured the water is not enought to shower, the pool is dirty, the restaurant prices arent cheap at all, the only thing we liked was the Newcoast Cove beach, there is no kidsroom, playground, a boring pool, boring view, construction going on on site, but convenient shops like iced tea, souvenirs and 7/11 still I was happy to see a lot of security, we were not harrassed by sellers, there was an ambulance near the beach so i felt safe, also the prices for kayak were cheaper 300-500 pesos the tv doesnt have many channels and bad quality

It was very private and peaceful. I would recommend it if people don’t want to be in the crowds. The beach is very good and a lot more peaceful than the main beach.
The breakfast is a bit one dimensional and the transport from the hotel to station 2 should be more frequent. We spent a lot on transport to the main beach which is not ideal for people trying to budget there trips.

We had an amazing stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay! The private beach was clean, peaceful, and free from the algae we saw at Stations 1 & 2. We loved the pools, gym, and spa, and the included breakfast was excellent—offering Filipino, American, and English options. The hotel also has a great restaurant, with more dining spots and a 7-Eleven nearby.
The staff were amazing—from the restaurant crew to housekeeping. A special shoutout to Alli and Darwin at the front desk who went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Their warm hospitality really made a difference.
One of the best things about Savoy is its exclusive, uncrowded location. It’s peaceful and perfect for unwinding, yet the city center is just a 10-minute free shuttle ride away if you want to explore more of Boracay.
We left with nothing but good memories. All nine of us were extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend Savoy Hotel to anyone looking for a balance of relaxation, convenience, and excellent service. Can’t wait to go back!

We had the most amazing time at Savoy Hotel Boracay during our 5-day holiday! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — always wearing a smile and ready to assist. Their hospitality made a huge difference in our stay.
The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a family like ours. We loved waking up to the peaceful view from our balcony every morning. Housekeeping was spot on, keeping everything fresh and tidy daily.
What made this stay extra special was the hotel’s private beach access. It was just a short walk or shuttle ride away and offered the most serene and uncrowded part of Boracay’s white sand shores — a true hidden gem! The kids enjoyed swimming, building sandcastles, and just being free.
The pool area was another family favorite! Spacious, clean, and so inviting — perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. They also had fun activities and live entertainment in the evenings, which made our nights even more enjoyable.
Breakfast had a great variety with something for everyone, and the restaurant staff made sure we started our day with full tummies and happy hearts.
To top it all off, the peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of Station 2 made it feel like a real retreat, yet we still had easy access to D’Mall and other attractions.
