The staff here are very friendly, and the room is clean—exactly like the pictures. I had a great experience, especially since it wasn’t very crowded. Although the location is on a hillside and there’s no elevator, making it a bit inconvenient to carry luggage up, that’s actually why it’s so quiet and I slept so well. During the day, you can relax on the lounge chairs in the courtyard and enjoy the sun or play in the pool. It’s very peaceful.

This is a really great place to stay in Boracay. Super clean, convenient location with easy access to all the action with a 10-15 minute walk but nicely separated for a peaceful and relaxing experience while on the property. The restaurant serves great food for both included breakfast and paid lunch or dinner options. They can also turn either of their fruit smoothies into a tropical drink with a few shots or cheap local rum which was a really nice and affordable highlight. The food on the menu is high quality and western but not super high priced compared to what's available in town. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and the owner was really helpful and flexible when response to reasonable requests. I had the simple room with a double bed and it was really comfortable with a great bed, very clean sheet and fluffy towels. No complaints which tbh in South East Asia broadly is not always the case so this was a refreshing and enjoyable experience, plus Boracay is a super beautiful place to spend a few days. Def take a boat tour of the beaches. Puka Beach was a highlight but all of them are gorgeous.
I really didn't have any complaints while staying here. Some people might say there are a lot of stairs but I didn't find them to be overkill and it made the place fun to explore as u check out the different little areas up or down a quick set of stairs. Super healthy too once or twice a day so I wouldn't let that stop you from staying unless it is accessibility related...otherwise it's really charming and fun there.

Cut into the hill which makes for a cool experience. Ralph’s has beautiful gardens everywhere and Bulabog beach is right across the street.
Many many steps to go up but we were warned of that.

It has a lot of nature and it was quiet and it was an easy 10 minute walk to d’mall. Highly recommend. We stayed at the native bungalow. We had every day good breakfast and the staff were nice. We miss staying there already.

Our recent stay was absolutely perfect! The property was very clean, and the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. We especially loved that they had an on-site restaurant, and they were happy to serve our meals at a specific time (7 AM for us) to accommodate our toddler, which we truly appreciated. The food was delicious every time!
Another great bonus was the free daily cleaning service, which kept everything fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

I like everything, somebody would say there is a lot of steps, but the stairs to the hill is also very nice and even my daughter 3 years were able to go up every day few times. So everything is awesome.

I like the friendly staff and the class of people. I also like the Western style restaurant and bar.. food was excellent, Jacuzzi was nice, air conditioning was nice, staff was very patient, despite me only knowing English.. it was quiet.. More below..
Partner didn't like all the steps, but I did. The main beach was far away..mainly for my partner who was not in good shape. It offered an in-depth tropical forest rustic feeling, which is something you would not get at another hotel. Also, I noticed the architectural in the maintenance on the property was remarkable.

I stayed at Ralph’s place with my three year old, my 65+ parents and my cousin in a studio with kitchenette and in a superior room for eight days. It was perfect for us. The proximity to the pool was the highlight with a kid as she had something to do right outside the door. The staff is lovely, on point and their service was very professional yet personal both in the restaurant and in housekeeping as well as at the check-in desk every day without exception. Our communication either in person or via WhatsApp during our stay was flawless. Compared to a big commercial hotel, this place is intimate enough that we started recognizing all staff and guests on our level, said hi and it felt very chill and safe. We loved the location away from noise and party Boracay, yet it was close enough to walk to station 2 and to explore station 1 and 3 and other beaches by e-trike. We actually visited more places than expected during our stay. Ralph’s Place is a fantastic home base away from home. Thank you!

Bert solid option on Boracay, quiet at night but not too far from all the food and activities in the center.
It was difficult locking my sliding glass door. I was always able to do it, but getting good of the technique to lock them took a while.

Honestly, no downsides. Some guest will have difficulty with the steps as the hotel is on a hill. I recommend the poll-garden rooms as the steps will be minimal.
