The location was good. The food. Staff were pleasant.
I expected the hotel to be as shown in the advertised photos. I was completely enamoured by what I saw online, which ultimately led me to book with them. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.When we arrived, the receptionist could not initially find our booking. I'm not sure whether there was a communication issue between Booking.com and the hotel's system, but I had to confirm several times before I felt confident that everything had been sorted out. Since we were travelling with children, I asked if an early check-in would be possible, but we were informed that it would incur an additional fee. Fortunately, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage while we went out for breakfast.When we finally checked into our room, I was disappointed to find that it did not match the photos advertised online. The ground-floor bathroom had no sliding shower door, and every time we showered, water spilled onto the bathroom floor. We tried to stay on one side of the shower to minimize the overflow, but water still pooled outside, creating a potential safety hazard, especially with children in the room.The staff were pleasant and courteous throughout our stay. However, there were ongoing renovations during our visit, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty. Unfortunately, it also looked very different from the photos used to advertise the property.On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and was one of the highlights of our stay.Overall, while the staff and breakfast were great, the condition of the room and pool, combined with the discrepancy between the advertised photos and the actual property, did not meet our expectations.

Literally right smack by the beach. The staff are super welcoming, helpful and friendly (in a genuine way). Super good value. Will definitely return.

the place itself is very good and accessible if you want a relaxing place to stay. beach part is also nice.staff are very helpful and nice.
missing drain on the toilet portion of the bathroom. management should fix this issue as the water became stagnant and you have to brush or sweep the water to the shower portion to remove it. forgot to tell this issue to the staff during our stay.

The property was in a good location and all the staffs are very accomodating.
We rent a total of 4 rooms. It was huge and very comfortable aside from some of the rooms needs to be refurbished like the doorknobs and the mirrors, but aside from that the whole stay was awesome and we hoped to have the chance to come back again.
