The property was in a good location and all the staffs are very accomodating.
We rent a total of 4 rooms. It was huge and very comfortable aside from some of the rooms needs to be refurbished like the doorknobs and the mirrors, but aside from that the whole stay was awesome and we hoped to have the chance to come back again.

The facilities need improvement. Water leaks from the shower and makes the restroom very wet, so I have to keep cleaning and drying it because I’m traveling with a senior. I also found a huge cockroach in our room ???, and there are ants as well. The doorknob is rusty. I read reviews from previous years until now, and the facilities always receive low ratings. I hoped there would be some improvements, but I experienced the same problems as previous guests.

Photos on the website are misleading - there’s ceiling mold, cockroaches, stained toilets (most likely mold as well), power outages in the middle of the night, and bathroom leaks after taking a shower. We have reported these to the hotel staff with photo evidence but the manager kept insisting it was “not his problem”. We left in the middle of the night after 2-3 power outages in a row. My mother was getting asthma attacks due to the mold and a cockroach landed on her arm as well. We returned the room key to the security guard (the only staff available at night, as they don’t have any staff to assist guests past 8pm) and did not even bother spending the rest of our stay there. The first evening was enough of an indication that the hotel was completely unkept, dilapidated, and neglected. And by the way, they did not refund us.

It was on the beach and close to Wily’s Rock
Room was bare and the bathroom had rusty fixtures. The breakfast was set with no variation and the manager of the restaurant watched videos on their cellphone at a loud volume everyday.

Location - on the beach.
Rooms were not nice - sinks and showers didn’t drain, furnishings were very old. Breakfast was terrible - very limited options and then ran out of items quickly. There were limited pool and beach chairs/lounges. We were very disappointed with our stay.

We love the location, just 2mins from our room to the beach! Personally, station 1 has the best beach side.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious with big CR too.
A bit rundown like rusting on some fixtures. Also our door knob jammed but the staff was able to replace it right away.

Perfect location from the centre of town. Easy 1.5 km walk or quick cheap taxies like $1 or less
I was very happy there and booked a second week. This palace is ready for an upgrade especially the bathroom

Everything inside the room is dated. Old. Rusty. The bed has masking tape on it.
It has odd smell. Everything needs maintenance including all the doors.

Tucked between large fancy high-end resorts in Station 1 is this small old-fashioned accommodation which feels like a family-owned vacation home in the 80s that was just re-opened by its owner to a few guests. To manage your expectations, the room and the facilities are as dated, but its discretion it its charm. You have access to the same glorious portion of Boracay's White Beach (Station 1) all the same.
The rooms are quite dated. It feels like a guest room in a family's house. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are large and comfortable--the bed, bathroom, and facilities are just not new, or as you would expect in large modern resorts.
