The only problem was the shower at my room (room 307). The hot/cold shower was not working well. It was either too hot or not working at all . I hope they fix it

I couldn't have asked for better service. The staff were all excellent: friendly, helpful, prompt, and went above and beyond. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The location was amazing - right in the middle of everything but tucked a little off the main beach so it was quieter. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was outstanding. The property is modern and impeccably maintained, everything felt brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and paid attention to every detail; they made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, and the on-site restaurant (which shares the hotel’s name) served a delicious breakfast each morning. Little touches — like a dedicated staff member who helps you cross the street — made our stay especially comfortable and stress-free. I would happily return to this hotel again and again.

Breakfast was great. The hotel is just across the road from the beach.
Boracay is too crowded nowadays! Regulating the daily number of people on the island should seriously be taken into consideration such as other tourist spots like the Acropolis in Athens and Venice in Italy. The limit should take into consideration a balance on the negative effect on the local economy and the benefit it brings in the long run. BTW, a robust debate and study should also continue on the proposed project to build a bridge from the mainland to Boracay Island!

First of all the staff, everybody was so nice, friendly and helpful throughout the whole 7 days stay. I was thinking of booking a more luxurious place next time, but the staff makes me reconsider it, I will miss this kind of treatment. All the ladies on the front desk were exceptional and all requests were made in minutes. Top tier service. Housekeeping guys were always around as well, service was perfect. Location of the hotel - perfect. Quiet area next to the beach, top tier restaurants are around you, 7-11 for quick snacks or drinks is 2 min walk. Most action is on station 2, walking from the hotel by the beach is less than 10 min and it's safe. It exceeded the expectations for the price
If you like to sleep in a cold environment, AC is not the best, it gets room chill but not chilly. As a person of size I would take that into consideration. For breakfast some orders are not available, but if you request, the next day it will be prepared for you. As well, I missed smart tv for the days when it was raining and just wanted to binge watch netflix, or anything online, since there is not much else to do.

The location, staff, service, and everything else were just exceptional. Staff was available to help at all times. Location is amazing. Free breakfast was so yummy, and the restaurant attached to the beach resort has such great food.

It's was my 2nd time at Jony's because I liked my 1st stay with my family. It's close to the beach and they have a restaurant that provides breakfast.
When I paid for the incidental charges. They charged me 4x. I realized it when I open my on line bank account. When I called them twice about it to void the other 3 charges. I was told the accounting person was not around. Was told instead to call my bank. When in fact it's their responsibility to fix the problem. They also promised me that they will reach out to me. I never heard from them. They also claimed that they only charged me once. I have the screenshot on the statement of my bank. See attached.

We had an outstanding experience at Jony’s beach.. the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful and the housekeeping too were extremely helpful and all Staff were friendly.. The place is conveniently located and less crowded. Our room and the common areas was exceptionally clean and well maintained with fresh towels and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was delicious!
The because there was four of us with one elderly the room was small for us but we’re still comfortable

The staff were very helpful and made us feel really welcome and at home. Peaceful location very close to the beach and the partner beach restaurant. Our transfers were really well organised. The breakfast at Mayas restaurant was amazing, made to order and lots of juice and coffee. Most importantly a wonderful view of the sea and beach. We appreciated the supply of water from the cooler outside the room. The property is very well maintained. Very sorry to leave.
