Pleasant
The staff were super friendly and helpful. It wasn't really busy so we got treated right away. Pool looked amazing and the property was quiet! Large room and bathroom. Top of the hill so the views were nice!
It was much further away from the center than we thought. Getting a trike takes a while and the water pressure wasn't amazing. Toilet wasn't working well neither.

We liked the pool and the friendliness of the staff. The pool really is the only great thing about this hotel. We liked the free shuttle service on our way back to the port. They also gave us free breakfast because of how we struggled with our room when we arrived.
Avoid the casitas at all cost. We paid extra for a casita and we ended up in a lower level casita, no view, very humid and LOTS of dead and live cockroaches. They moved us to a twin bedroom the same night then a double bedroom the next night. Lots of stress and disappointment. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. Location isn’t great. It’s beautiful but you’re far from everything, and the fancy hotels nearby may not let you access their beach clubs, so you may as well find a nice hotel in Station 1 or 3, or Bulabog if you are afraid of the crowds because you won’t struggle with expensive tuk tuks to go anywhere. Tuk tuks will charge you 30% more just to get on top of Hotel Soffia’s hill.

Its definite value for money. Staff is pleasant, pool is good, with great view.
there is high dependency on the hotel shuttle to go out as the main road for alternate transport is bit of a walk down. So Either time yourself with free service or pay 4X for it. Kitchen menu options were very limited in terms of availability. Infact every day we checked only 1-20% of the menu was available.

Wonderful
All the staff are very nice, accommodating and patient. The shuttles are always on time. It’s away from the crowded parts of the island so you’ll get to relax at their location. You can hear the birds chirping and you’ll get to gaze at the stars by the pool. They also Have the best sunset view if you don’t want any photo-bombers.

connecting two bed was not comfortable,Pillow were not comfortable,Safe not available in room even it’s mentioned on booking,Water pressure is very low on washroom/bathroom specially on 3rd floor. Balcony lock was not fixed.

Booked here after we spent days in the busy area of Boracay, it is perfect if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place, The pool has superb sunset view. They also offer free shuttle service, in our case they pick up us at the hotel nearby just give the staff a call, super convenient. The room is big enough with generous toiletries and condiments. TV with local channels, hot tub, and shower is working fine.
The mini bar at the hotel is a bit pricey for the food. You can't get in/out of the hotel w/o the shuttle service. it's located on the mountain top.

The property is full of amazing staff who carefully attends to the needs of the guests. They made sure that my stay was comfortable and relaxing. They also ensure that I feel safe and secure all the time. The amenities are functional. The overall area of the property consists of mesmerizing view day and night.

The staff are friendly, courteous and readily availble to assist. The pool is clean and welll-maintained. And the scenery around is breathtakingly beautiful.
The road is so steep, good thing that the hotel provided free shuttle service. Although the food is really good, there is limited choices of dish to order.
