We had a wonderful stay at Ferra Premier and truly enjoyed our experience. The location is extremely convenient — just a short walk to White Beach, D’Mall, and many restaurants, yet still quiet enough to relax after a long day out. Everything we needed was nearby, which made getting around very easy. What made our stay even more special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. From assisting with tours and transportation to answering our questions patiently, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The service felt personal and sincere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ferra Premier to anyone visiting Boracay.

Best place to stay. Water pressure is good. Close to D mall and the beach. All staffs are really nice, smiling and always helpful when needed. Breakfast was awesome! They made our wedding anniversary really special with a room upgrade and decor. We appreciate all that they do for us.

Spacious Room and Great Amenities, But Too Many Extra Charges This room is honestly one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! It’s huge and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, two TVs, and two split-type air conditioners. They also provide complimentary coffee, tea, water, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a full bathroom kit — which we really appreciated. We also loved that the place is pet-friendly, has a nice pool, and a 24-hour reception. Overall, everything about the stay was convenient and comfortable.
The only downside is that they charge extra for several small things like using an umbrella or getting a pool towel. It would’ve been nice if those were included in the room rate. Still, it’s a great place to stay — clean, spacious, and packed with amenities!

This hotel and its staff were beyond amazing. Every single person goes out of their way to ensure you he guest are as comfortable and happy as possible. It’s pretty amazing too the ability to book services like massage right in the comfort of your own room I will recommend here and definitely come back again
Don’t love staying in hotels with kids. Some of the kid guests were loud and annoying. Minor inconvenience

This is my second time in Ferra, and it was still the same—friendly staff and all requests were accommodated. I will be returning in January 2026 for the third time with my cousins so they can experience Boracay and Ferra Hotel.

Close to all of the amenities and dmall so you can get whatever you needed right away. Bed/room/A/C unit was all modern and working well. Staff were super helpful.
Pictures a bit misleading - they ahve 2 properties and the other one has the rooftop pool I believe. Also the rooms are very close to the common area so its quite loud during the day and at night.

Absolutely very welcoming and amazing staff! From the moment we stepped inside the hotel till the moment we left! The structure is very welcoming and well designed. The rooms have enough space and the beds are comfortable. Great selection for breakfast. The reception is available 24/24 h! We had breakfast included in our stay, but the last day we left the hotel at 6 AM due to our early flight, but the staff made sure to pack us some sandwiches and a bottle of water so we could have a snack on our way! You can easily organize a pick up/drop off with the hotel staff! The location is great: 2 min walk from Bulabog Beach and 2 min away from DMall. White Beach is also reachable by walk (around 5 minutes), so everything was pretty close! Definitely stay here when you visit Boracay!
The only thing was that early morning we could hear children screaming, since the rooms aren’t very soundproof (we were the first room in front of the dining room at the ground floor), but except from this little thing - which isn’t fault of the hotel, everything was amazing!

The hotel was modern, cozy, and very clean, making my 3-night stay in Boracay truly enjoyable. I truly appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff were warm and attentive, and Ms. Shar in particular went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and easy to get around the island. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, made even better by Ms. Shar’s outstanding service.

I was grateful that the hotel accommodated my early check-in. Isabel, in particular, was very kind and made me feel welcome. I was also thankful for the security guard’s kind greetings. They gave me peace of mind and made my day feel more comfortable.
The checkout process itself was fine, but I felt uncomfortable when the staff called me unnecessarily at 11:15 a.m. to remind me about checkout. It would be much better if the hotel could respect the guest’s remaining time until the official checkout hour. At checkout, the staff came to inspect the room, which felt a little awkward. I understand it’s their procedure, but I promise I wasn’t planning to sneak out with the refrigerator!
