ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel resorts to fraudulent marketing. I rented their best room, what they call the Beachfront DELUXE SUITE w/seaview. Promising a patio/terrace. What I got was a plain, outdated hotel room and a 3 foot wide “outdoor” hallway they call your patio. It is a hallway running the length of the building and shared by everyone. It offers no ability to sit outside. A wide and open stairwell from the street allows anyone from public to walk up to the rooms from the street with ZERO security. Dozens of people do this to get a beach pic, standing against your door and windows and making noise. Your safety is at risk with no security. However, that is not the worst part. What they DO NOT DISCLOSE to you when you book and pay in full, is that the tiny portion of their property that is beachside, sits directly above a bar. They do a quick gloss-over job about the possibility of music below your room at check-in. Again this fact is not mentioned on their marketing material on Booking.com. The bar has pounding, loud, music all day, evening and until late at night. The base is so loud that your floors pulsate. Keep in mind, the bulk of this hotel is across the street from this small strip of rooms (maybe 6 in total) that sit atop this bar business. Upon my complaint, they offer to move me. And to where? The other end of the same building, or across the very busy, noisy road when the hotel is primarily located. I demanded a full refund and they denied me. They refuse to refund your money while at the same time admitting they’re aware. They will fight you tooth and nail to avoid refund, while simultaneously bombarding you with messages of concern for your poor experience. THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU SAY OR DO. And frankly, either does Booking.com. When confronting booking.com for assistance, they offered 11% of my cost, in a future voucher, with eligibility requirements. Unfortunately, ZERO is not a rating option because this hotel deserves that OR LESS.

Location is good!
The hotel room is not good. I was expecting its beach front as advertised but its not. We were advise to go out of the main hotel as we were transfered to another side which has a lot of construction supplies on the side and its not really appropriate surroundings. Its not a hotel, its a motel! Try to. confirm before you book so you k ow whst to expect. If you are. Dont get the room we got.

By the beach
i didn’t like all the jack hammering going on from the construction on the upper floor.
The food service was extremely poor, in delivery, cold food and no waiter attention.

Wonderful
The location is perfect. It's near the famous Willy's rock and Astoria where the docking area for the beach activities is. D-mall is also a walking distance. Very accessible for e-tricYcle and hoho bus point.
The breakfast is not good enough. Very Small servings and the french toast is too hard.

Terrible Experience. Extremely disappointing stay at Diamond Water Edge Resort in Boracay (Station 1). What should have been a relaxing trip turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff at Diamond Water Edge Resort were cold and unwelcoming. Our room, priced at around ₱7,000 per night, was shockingly substandard — small, damp, and poorly maintained. We even found a cockroach in the room, and to make things worse, we could clearly hear a rat moving around on the roof during the night. For a hotel in Station 1, that is completely unacceptable.
Our room was also located right next to the kitchen, so it was noisy and far from restful. After just one night, we decided to cut our stay short and move to Jony’s Beach Resort instead, even though it meant losing about ₱14,000 for the unused nights.
The most frustrating part was the response from the hotel. When we informed the reception that we were checking out two days early, there was zero concern — no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, nothing. It honestly felt like they were used to guests complaining.
We also tried raising this through Booking.com but unfortunately didn’t get any resolution.
I strongly recommend that travelers think twice before booking here. There are far better and more professional places to stay in Boracay.

Very Good
The location, cleanliness, shower water flows great and staff service is excellent.
It's a struggle to lock the door. They should fix that. There are street dogs that roam around. The smokers smoke outside the designated area.

It was a good short stay. The room has 2 queen beds that were so comfy, and the room size is fine for 4 persons.
We need to cross the road before we can go to the beach, which was not mentioned in the description. The description says it's beach front, but it's not.

Fair
I was expecting same in the photos that you there will be a beach beds in their pool areas and you can lounge for whole day but they replaced it with tables and chairs and cover the view with a concrete fence. In which it blocks the beauty of the beach. Its hard to see it even during breakfastm
No beach beds like before in the pool area and they blocked the nice view by placing the fence.

Booking said beach front. Not true, highway front. Pictures showed two beds. Not true. One bed against the wall. Smallest hotel room in my 80 year life. Fraud straight up. I had to find another hotel without refund.
I said it already, highway front, not beach front as advertised.
