NOTHING. STAY WAS HORRIBLE
Picture from the website was a scam. The hotel does not look like that!!! Building looks like and old horror house with creepy vibes. Receptionist took almost an hour to confirm our booking. Had to followup 3x in front of her in the lobby. No AC in the lobby they had to face to us their old mechanical portable AC. when asked if room service is available for dinner - receptionist said that its only available in station 3 (the crown regency) since they only served breakfast. I sarcastically said - so if I want dinner i need to go to Station 3 is that it? And she daid YES! They're just so horribly trained. Room was mediocre. A squeezing sound is heard after you use the toilet. Sounds like a kid crying and you can hear people laughing from the outside hallway Room has a balcony. Dirty gross Balcony! DO NOT BE FOOLED with the PICS of this hotel in the website. Be SURE to book THE CROWN REGENCY instead in STATION 3. not this CROWN PRINCE. DEFINTELY WILL NOT GO BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND..

Wonderful
Breakfast has a good serving size and staff calls the room when breakfast is ready. The staff are very polite and cleaning services arrive promptly. Beach towels are available for borrowing. The hotel is very quiet and the shower has good supply of hot and cold water.
The shower is only overhead and has no detachable shower. The toilet flush is weak sometimes. Hotel slippers are not included upon check-in but are available upon request. The location is accessible by the main road and a bit of a walk to the beach.

Staff was nice
Overall everything. I was not comfortable at all during my stay. Will definitely not recommend. The building it self looked really bad and the hotel itself inside was very outdated and actually gave me creepy vibes.

The location is great, we really loved it. Clean room, huge bathroom, well lighted room. We got a nice offer/rate in booking.com. We would definitely go back.

Disappointing
The staff was exceptional from the, security guards (very helpful), the front desk staff (Especially Emily who was exceptional), the bellmen and house keeping, like Roxanne and Jason (Very helpful). They all were warm, friendly, helpful and very professional. The location was convenitent to transportation and White beach and back beach (walking about 3 minutes to each one) to DMall about 3 to 5 minutes. Access to swimming pool at Crown Regency Beachfront was made available. Great Kiddie pool but in the regular pool there seemed to be noticeable particulate matter.( Loved the jacuzzi's great massaging jets)
The original ad for the hotel mentioned a kitchenette but when I tried to call and confirm, the phone numbers listed on the site either did not work or rang and no one answered for 3 weeks. When I emailed the hotel and asked about the kitchenette, they said there was no cooking in the room but there was a mini fridge. They later removed the word Kitchenette when told them it was false advertising. I specifically booked this hotel because we wanted to cook for our 6 family members in 2 rooms. By the time I found out there was no cooking it was too late to book other accomodations. Upon arrival, we found out the elevator was broken and had been out of order for 2 to 4 weeks. We had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. Upon complaining to the manager he said the elevator would be fixed right away. He did offer to move us to a lower floor but it was only one floor down so we still had to walk up 4 flights of stairs.. The elevator did not start working until 4 days later, a day before we checked out. The glass enclosure of the elevator was in dire need of washing. Also we discovered there were no mini fridges in either of our our rooms or any of the double deluxe rooms which I had to inform the manager who also told me there were mini fridges. The in room safe was inoperable but the staff immediately replaced it. I was shocked to find that the safe was not bolted to a wall or the shelf of the cabinet but I discovered that there was a package of screws in the safe which appeared to be for attaching the safe but they were not. The safe could be easily picked up by a 13 year old and removed from the room. The Jacuzzi was great even though only half of it was working. The adult pool seemed to be in need of filtering . Though the rooms and common areas seemed to be very clean, the hotel seemed to be in need of a new paint in certain areas of the hotel. In the Crown Regency beach front, paint was peeling on almost all the stairs leading to the 3rd floor.

nice breakfast and the location is a few minutes walk to the white sand beach and bulabog beach, plus the staff are veryyyy friendly and accommodating :)
