Great location! Great staff! Great balcony suite room!
I am a celiac. As a result I have to maintain a gluten free diet. Although the food options were extensive and well marked, there were not enough GF options, particularly on the breakfast buffets. For a normal diet, the spread was 10/10 but 80% of the options were not Gluten free. A good GF bread would have made a difference for such a classy hotel!

We waited for our buko juice for one hour only to find out they brought it to my family who didn't want anything and this was stated when we ordered

The place was very close to the beach and only the hotel guests can access the beach.
The complimentary shuttle to the mall is very few and far between. So we had to take a trike to get to the mall and back.

Incredible location, rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The grounds layout are well thought out and elevators placed at adequate locations to accommodate all.
The service from before even checking-in to after had been SUBLIME. Their diligent follow-up and continuous updates through whatsapp were most useful and I cannot overstate how much we appreciated that.
The food options at any of the restaurants has been exquisite and the breakfast buffet worthy of a great Parisian Hotel.
Their attention to detail can be clearly and easily noticed throughout our stay.
Any and all of our inquiries & concerns have been handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
Furthermore: even if the swimming area is “cordoned off” the reef on the left hand side near the rocky cliffs is still incredibly well maintained, many corals are still very healthy and the fish abondant. Plus, it is so shallow in some parts (2-8feet deep max) that one has to float like a starfish above it to avoid hitting the coral while swimming.
My only “negative” comment (and it is in no way shape or form a complaint) is that the dock access to and from the arrival/departure shuttles, although well built and relatively/usually fairly stable, isn’t quite ideal for seniors, people with poor mobility/people in wheelchairs chairs due its tendency to wobble with the waves even in calm weather.
Having said that, as stated above, they will go above and beyond to have a staff on hand to assist those who may require it individually so they may safely get across.
This is more as an informative comment to those who are considering Crimson as this information, regarding the dock, is not easily available. I personally noticed it from pictures prior to our arrival and tried to adjust our method of transfer accordingly.

The beach is outstanding. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices. The staff is the resort's biggest asset. They are super friendly and welcoming. The staff is very attentive and always takes care of your needs.
The rooms occasionally disappoint only because of a lack of privacy. When we opened our curtains we were right on the pool and the lifeguard, when sitting on his chair could look right into our room. He was very respectful but it felt a bit strange to see the proximity to the balcony.

Our stay at this luxurious resort in Station Zero, Boracay was nothing short of unforgettable. Tucked away from the crowds, the location offers a peaceful and exclusive experience—the beach was absolutely stunning with crystal-clear waters and pristine white sand.
This was also the special place where I proposed to my wife, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The ambiance, the privacy, and the breathtaking scenery made it truly magical.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The entire resort was beautifully maintained, and every detail reflected care and quality. We also looked forward to the amazing breakfast each morning—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.
The only minor issue was with the shower—some water tended to leak through the door, causing the bathroom floor to get wet. A small improvement in the enclosure design would definitely enhance the overall experience.

The breakfast buffet was good and the private beach was great.
Housekeeping took my husbands gold necklace and once we reported it they found it but our honeymoon experience was pretty much ruined after that. We didn’t feel like we could trust any of the staff anymore and felt violated.

Very clean and friendly staff with wonderful private beach
I can for relax vacation but I couldn’t sleep because of the noise they had window maintenance or something I couldn’t use the balcony because they had scaffolding erected in it and people working it was noisy from early morning so I couldn’t sleep well.
Breakfast was Untill 10 and after I wake up although they had 3 restaurants no one of them was ready to serve me breakfast or breakfast menu .

Location, staff and quality of service provided. Morning breakfast buffet spread was also exceptional.
The seafood buffet lacked flavor and creativity. There was also an issue where there was an electrical leak on the outdoor marquee which gave my son an electrical shock. We also witnessed a few more guests go through the same. Would have been good if the hotel provided awareness to the guests to be careful until the issue was resolved.
