Wonderful
The hotel was full of unexpected added value surprises. Airport/hotel transfers were efficient and private for the hotel guests. Beach and poolside service was excellent.
The breakfast needed a little more variety for western guests tastes. Need more fresh fruit selections and yogurt with toppings would be nice.

Location to the beach as the hotel was literally at the door stop of the beach.
There is no direct entry to the road so you may have to lug luggage along the beach. Thankfully, the staff are very helpful and can assist with moving your luagge with a trolley.

The resort is in a lovely spot, right on the beach. Staff are amazing. Special shout out to Clifford, always checking to make sure we had coffee and getting us cushions for our seat. Also Joni at the beach is so helpful, always ready with a cold water and always there ready to wrap a towel around you when you get out of the water.
The beer is not cold.

Our stay was amazing. This was our second time here, and the service remains consistent especially the staff being accommodating and customer-focused. The location is excellent, just a few steps and you have access to the beach, and the property has two swimming pools. It is a 10 year old hotel, but the place is well-maintained. The rooms and common areas are clean with no visible wear/tear and the towels/sheets don’t look old.
The breakfast buffet could be improved, as there were times when two identical mains were served (e.g. longganisa and tocino) which are both processed meats. It would be better if one option was a different type of savory dish. The air-conditioning units can be a bit noisy, though still manageable for sleeping since you’ll be tired anyways after a long day. Management should allocate a budget and replace them soon.

An absolutely perfect stay! From the airport transfer to every single staff member at the hotel, the service was flawless. The team is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The location is perfect, the breakfast is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend Coast Hotel to anyone visiting Boracay!

Everyone was so polite and helpful. The location was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The little late night snacks were awesome.
When the power went out, it was so hard to stay in my room (loft) because of the noise of the generators. You don't want to be in the room when these things turn on. Your head is not gonna take it. I used my noise canceling headphones to cope all day cause I was also a bit sick and had to stay inside. And in my room door there a smell of bathroom let's say that I didn't like at all. Other than that nothing else.

Their service was excellent, from the time that we arrived at the airport up to the hotel they take care of everything, no need to worry, baggage, transportation, etc. On the hotel, they gave us a warm welcome. About the room, the room was really clean. Also, they gave us daily afternoon treats too. This will be my unforgettable first trip to boracay.

Other than the building needs fresh paint and bathrooms need to be updated everything was perfect! The service was incredible from the airport transfer to the hotel! Especially the beach service!

The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the cozy beds, modern amenities, and the little touches like complimentary treats and thoughtful turn-down service. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout our stay. The location is perfect—right on Station 2 beachfront—but still feels peaceful and relaxing. Their beachfront loungers are a dream, and having attentive staff ready to bring towels, drinks, or assist with anything made the experience even better. Breakfast was a standout: delicious, well-prepared, and with plenty of variety. The restaurant staff were so attentive and made every meal enjoyable. Even the pool area was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and great for families or couples. What truly sets Coast apart is their service. Everyone—from the front desk and servers to the security and shuttle team—goes above and beyond. They remember your name, anticipate your needs, and genuinely care about your stay. Coast Boracay is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and world-class Filipino hospitality. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island. Highly, highly recommended! ?✨

I was surprised just how good Boracay was. Coast Boracay is in a perfect location on the white sand beach in the middle of everything. Complimentary private lounge chair access is provided metres from the water. Excellent customer service by the staff. Great pools. Good transfer service included. Nice little touches provided including popcorn.
The restaurant and the staff in it let the rest of the hotel down a bit. Staff service and food quality was average there. The hot water in the shower was a bit hit and miss.

Best hotel in Boracay. Johny, the beach manager is the reason I always stay here. I feel like a king on the beach due to Johny.
