Fair
The hotel was reasonably priced and close to all the stations. The staff was courteous and assisted with everything possible.
When i booked the room, I booked for a premier suite. I got a room with no view, no windows, and no balcony. The room i got was no premier suite. Additionally. In the shower there was no shower wall mount high on the wall for the shower wand. I would have fired your bathroom designer. Finally, there was no hot tub at your location. Unfortunate.

Exceptional
This small boutique hotel is a little gem on Boracay tucked away in Station 1. Close enough to the beach via a rural walkway but also close to D-Mall and the main road to other attractions. What stood out most was how friendly the staff and security are in this hotel. They will greet you everyday and are always willing to help. We had two rooms: one on the first floor near the pool with a jaccuzi and one on the third floor with two twin beds and pool view. Both rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was an amazing affair with a variety of tasty treats that changed everyday. So many delicious options were made available for all. We were happy to experience a stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again when we should return to the beautiful island of Boracay.

It was such an enjoyable stay, especially for our honeymoon. The staff was very nice and helpful. They helped with setting up airport transfer and some of the activities during our stay. The hotel was clean. I loved the detail with the flowers and honeymoon message upon our arrival. Breakfast was great. Location was great. Everything was amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great location — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and D’Mall. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant stay.
The Wi-Fi was quite weak inside the room.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Boracay Haven Suites. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff were super friendly and helpful with all our questions and requests. The hotel is very near D Mall and the beach so we had no problem going around. We also enjoyed the breakfast as we had a lot to choose from. Their Haven Spa is a must-try too, we had a very relaxing experience throughout. We also really appreciated the packed food with sandwich, fruit, and water that they provided as we needed to checkout at 5 AM to catch our flight.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Many restaurants were within walking distance and D'Mall. Overall, the Resort is nice.
The power kept going out every day, and the Generator was extremely loud. Also, the Marching Band would wake me up very early every morning all the time with the loud drums, which drove me crazy. Also, the food was half cooked most of the time, and many flies were visible in the eating area every day with exposed breads ? and fruits ?.. The wife and I became sick from the food and water at the resort.

The hotel was great! Could not recommend it enough. The hotel itself was super nice and just like the pictures. The staff were all friendly and went above and beyond to make you comfortable. The breakfast included was genuinely good and they offered different things every day. We ordered food for lunch some days and it was also super tasty! Better than some of the restaurants we tried in Boracay.
Also shoutout to their pineapple mojitos - it was perfection!

Poor
Good position, that is about all.
Upon on the check in, they were very focused on the deposit money for eventual damage and on signing the inventory with the corresponding money values. Seemed to be a lot of pressure on the moment for people travelling several hours. They asked for 2.500 PHP or 60 euro. It is not the same value, 2.500 PHP was 40 euro.
The suite looked better in the photos. Used and bumped furniture. We called the receptionist and made a video, to assure that we would not be put on pay for already existing damages.
There were no normal plug in sockets, only with two blade type holes.
The jacuzzi was dirty, had to call house keeping to clean it. The cleaning lady was careless, she accidentally dropped on the floor one garment that was drying outside. The suite has one window overlooking the pool. This window cannot go blackout, has no curtains, only an office type drape. If you are a late sleeper, no chance in the better paid suite, your door and window go right to the pool. For some, that might be an advantage.
If you want to go inside the jacuzzi, you have to call somebody to start it. They argued that people were destroying the buttons. Never saw that before.
Although the suite has a private veranda, with no outside views (you are looking at a wall with bamboo sticks, you can not smoke there, you have to go to the designated area, near the reception. People have gone really crazy in the Philippines. Some things just defy intelligence.
The breakfast was a joke. You had to complete a form every day for the food you ate the next day. You had some options. Three of them were ridiculous: one salad or two pancakes or two pieces of french toast. Just one of them, you could not add. You could only order some eggs on the spot or add some slices of bread.
On our last day, 12 April 2025, they changed the ridiculous system. They have a buffet now, but very low varied.
Great part of the staff is very unprepared, it is like they took children from the street and put them in uniforms.
