Property is good inside.
Location especially the entrance to villa complex is bad. Very narrow and no car can go. One of the room had bad air-conditioning and horrible shower, water was either hot or cold alternating but never right.

We had the best experience at One Hagdan Villas. The staff, specially Rosebie was phenomenal. The one caveat is the location. It’s quite far from the bustling station 1 or 2, so we frequently had to pay and travel an extra 15 min out to town. The roads were also very narrow to get into the villa. I would get this place again if I don’t plan on going to town and just hanging out with my family, but if you plan to see Boracay in a short time span, I would get something in station 2

Lovely homes with a great pool and bedrooms with great service and support from Romel and other staff …
Location is quite a bit in and not close to the main areas and though they have pick up drop off services it’s still a bit inside

The staff were very friendly and nice and prompt when we asked for anything.
The kitchen was not equipped with nearly enough things for a stay longer than a couple of days, and the stove hardly worked. We had to ask for everything we needed (towels, pool towels, coffee, toiletries, changing the garbage) There was no house keeping, and there was no free shuttle anywhere. We had to pay for all of our rides from the Villa where all other hotels have their own free shuttle. For the money that they charge, it was not worth it.

Throughout my stay, they went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was helping with luggage, providing local recommendations, or attending to special requests, their attentiveness was remarkable. Their knowledge of the area enriched my experience, allowing me to discover hidden gems that I would have otherwise missed.
I particularly appreciated how they remembered my preferences after the first day, making me feel valued as a guest. This level of service is rare and made my vacation extraordinary.

The team were fantastic. They were always responsive and very polite. The xmas celebrations and little gifts were also a lovely touch. Villa met expectations and was perfect for a group of 6.
Not a huge deal but we thought there would be a track directly to the beach (which there wasn't). It is a 25 min walk to Diniwid beach (shorter to Punta Bunga Beach) or very easy to organise an E Trike through the team or up at the main road.

We stayed here with a few friends for three days and three nights. They welcomed us at the end of the street where the jeep couldn’t go any further with necklaces in tow. We had a late check that was accommodated for. Welcomed us with drinks and a hot towel. The rest of our stay was amazing! Great views, great staff, we chose to dine in a lot because of the great food and fantastic cocktails. We came in the of Tyhpoon season and even brought food and drinks with a smile with heavy rain and winds!
They accommodated we asked for. Nothing was too much for them even a request for the pool to be cleaned late at night after the pool maintenance had already left. They were amazing, catering to our every needs. Could not be happier with the service at One Hagdan Villa. Special mention to all our hosts, Romel, Khier, Eline and Rosebie!!!! You guys made our stay feel like we were home. It was so comfortable and we couldn’t be more grateful for the hospitality they provided. Thank you guys so much, we will certainly come back to ‘our’ villa ?
