Great location, central but on a quiet alley. Beautiful place. Clean beds, felt safe.
They’ve done what they can with the place without a major renovation. My first room had a lot of ants (if you had food in the room they’d be everywhere but still all over everything I own even without), the shower worked occasionally, sometimes there would be no water coming out at all, usually cold water only. Changed rooms after first day, still nothing glamorous but better. AC is loud and very cold. Good place if location and convenience is priority.

Wonderful
Bed was clean, facilities are great, shared kitchen and fridge with all utensils. Great staff! The view is fantastic.
Location is in the middle of the island however it was uphill.

Amazing and peaceful place. Rooms were spacious and you really felt you could relax there. The backyard was very chill and beautiful. The staff was very nice and our bed was made daily. The hill everyone is talking about in their reviews wasnt that bad at all, maybe only if you are a senior, book somewhere else. The stay dogs were cute and never tried to do anything to us. The place is just at the main road, perfect location. 5 min walk from the beach. Highly recommend Amihan!

I asked them a favor to make a valentine letter for my boyfriend. And they did more than that. They upgraded our home from standard to family room with the balloon and petals of flower. And the letter attached to the valentine balloon. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly... My bad i forgot to give a tip at the end of our stay due to early stress of flight. Thank you Amihan home and management.

It looked great and was comfortable. The distance was ideal. You can walk anywhere.

room, shower ( but not the soap holder which is too high up
kitchen is too small and untidy, refrigerator too small, they re move the boiling pot on the morning of checkout we were not able to drink coffee

Place is very quiet and relaxing. Room is spacious good enough for couple/family. Bathroom with heater is a plus! There's a common kitchen area with ref, stove, water heater for coffee. Staff are very accommodating and always smiling ? There's also a guard on duty at night.
Could have been better if there's a microwave oven available for heating food.
