Absolute luxury. Felt very spoilt staying here over christmas. Such attentive staff. Facilities amazing, and on the most beautiful part of the beach- away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to stroll along if wanting more of the nightlife. Would definitely return!

The hotel’s beachfront facade is stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view from the restaurant during our meals. Our transfers and the entire staff provided excellent customer service throughout our stay.
We also had a lovely view of the ocean from our room (753). However, I don’t understand or know why unattractive shelters surround this property. This detracts from the beauty of the place.

Large, clean room that accommodated my family of 6. Updated furnishings. Great location on the beach and daily breakfast buffet. Ample lounge chairs, umbrellas for guests.
From the bathroom, we would sometimes smell what seemed like the sewage outdoors.

The beach was beautiful. The staff are all friendly and courteous. The facility is very clean and they kept our room very clean as well. We reserved the transportation service between the airport and the facility, and the arrangement was done without any hassles and we appreciate such excellent services.
We reserved the ocean view room and our room was on the first floor in front of the main dining room. The facility has event every night and it was very lively rather than relaxing. The pool is also located, and the people were hanging out and kids were screaming in front of our room chatting until late. This place is for more family oriented than for the people who want a quiet and more relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was okay. We wanted to eat yogurt in the morning, but it was not there. I found it was strange not to have tissues in the room.

Amazing property- probably the best in Boracay!
Location, vibe, food, service and the staff - everything was great! Big shoutout to Glenny from the reception and to Sol from the Al Fresco restaurant - very accommodating, nice and made sure we were all taken care of.
Swimming pool is a bit old and needs renovation. Housekeeping has to make sure they clean the rooms properly - specifically the beds, it wasn’t dusted well.

The location can't be beaten. It was probably the best area of White Beach in Station One. The breakfast buffet was great. There were a lot of selections to choose from. It wasn't crowded with guests. The free beach lounge chairs were comfy and available.
There was a little hiccup with our paid transfers to and from the airport.

I had such a wonderful stay at Ambassador in Paradise! The location is truly amazing, right on the beach and an easy, delightful walk to all the best shops, restaurants, and sightseeing activities. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and that bed was unbelievably comfortable! The staff is so incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet offers many delicious options. Overall, I cannot recommend this property enough, it's truly a slice of tropical heaven!
My stay was wonderful, however, the inconsistent shower pressure and (cold) temperature can be improved.

The beachfront was absolutely stunning! The staff did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the entire resort, even the shoreline in front! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with the menu changing daily throughout our 5-day stay—something we really appreciated. Our room was cleaned twice a day, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive biscuits each night as a sweet gesture for a good night’s sleep. Such thoughtful touches made our stay even more special. The staff were all amazing. We’re definitely coming back!

The location was perfect! I liked the layout of the property being beach front and it’s far away enough from the busy strip, but also close enough to get to all the action. The hotel is nestled through tall coconut trees, and the white sand beach was right outside our front door. This provided the complete beach experience. The staff were also very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed having Juvy assist us at our morning breakfast. The breakfast buffet also provided a variety of delicious meals and a rotation of dishes throughout our stay so you weren’t eating by the same dishes.
I enjoyed my stay, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay.

The staff were amazing right from the very start. The room is lovely with nice bathroom and sea view balcony. Buffet breakfast was amazing too with many options.
The beach water wasn’t very clear unlike in station 3. I hope the rates per night wasn’t so high we could’ve stayed longer.

I love everything in this resort- location, beachfront, breakfast, staffs, facilities are all perfect. We had a wonderful time. My family keep on talking how happy they were staying in Ambassador. We will choose Ambassador again on our next trip to boracay.
