Good
Great location. Close to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Breakfast offered a good variety. They also offer a free luggage scale. Bed was comfortable
The towels provided were extremely old, worn, rough and stained. One was stained black and orange (rust?) all over. Felt unclean after using them. TV didn't work. Pool was closed my entire stay which was misleading as I booked it for the pool. Room had sand and debris in it upon check in. Toiletries were of poor quality.. No outlet near coffee maker. Had to make it in the bathroom.

Poor
Close to a lot of shops
Noisy, a lot of hammering and sawing on top of my room until late at night. The view was a wall of another building. I couldn’t go out of the patio to get some air because of the bad smell outside. The room is way too small and crowded. It felt like we were in jail. I paid for a 5 day stay but left the next day of my arrival.

Pleasant
Great location at Station 2. Beds and room are decent. Breakfast is quite good with a variety of options, good coffee and omelet.
Shower is just warm, not hot. Only 2 liters of drinking water is allowed per day for a group of 5. Beach towels are provided per day, but only after 8am. Pool is only open from 10am. Wifi was weak and inconsistent. No guest slippers provided.
Had a bad experience adding one person, where booking.com prompted a 1500 peso incremental on a 3 night stay (where I already fully paid), which I accepted, but then at check in I was told it's per day, which feels scammy.

The property was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with our requests. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location, which made our trip more enjoyable and relaxing.
Everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed every part of our stay.

Very Good
The incredibly accommodating and friendly staff, their warm hospitality, and the relaxing, comfortable atmosphere.
Honestly, nothing major—everything was great! If anything, just minor details, but they didn’t affect our overall experience at all.

Pleasant
The location. It’s on a very convenient street that reaches the station 2 beach and many places to eat around.
The hotel is in need of a major renovation. Being around 10 years old, it requires significant updating to meet current standards. The furniture has an unpleasant smell, the pillows are old and lumpy, and the bed sheets are no longer as clean and white as expected.
There are also maintenance issues such as water heaters in some rooms not working unless manually reset which can be inconvenient for guests.
Additionally, room slippers are not provided, even though the floors are not always perfectly clean, which affects overall comfort.

Location. Station 2 near Station 3. One block walk to beach. Every convenience, 7-11, pharmacy, restaurants immediately accessible. Room was quiet. Good wifi. TV. A/C works. Clean roo. And bathroom. Bed ok. Hot water good. Shower good. Nice rooftop bar and swing pool. Awesome buffet breakfast included. Nice restaurant.
2nd floor room had nice big balcony. Unfortunately the view was of a yellow concrete wall 12 feet away. Possibly if you are on 3rd or 4th floor that would be better.

Wonderful
The location is super good. Altho a bit of a walk from dmall. The staff are very nice and warm. Rooms are spacious as well, the extra couch is a good addition to the accomodation
I just wish they had toiletries. The only things they provided were shampoo and soap. Nothing more. And also wish they could accommodate some special requests with no costs because some hotels do.

This place is perfect! Staff are excellent, the breakfast is perfect, and the location is great. Very clean, quiet, and probably the best wifi I had experienced in a while on the island. This is my fourth time to Boracay and this place is my new favorite place to stay

Very Good
The stuff was very friendly. The barmen Darwin is the best guy i’ve met in Boracay. Hotel is pretty good, but no windows in that big room was very uncomfortable. Barbeque and breakfast were good also. And not the hotel problem but there were a lot of mosquitoes
No windows inside the room
