I’ve stayed at quite a few different places around Boracay and Aissatou is by far my favourite. I’ve been here for nearly two months now and it genuinely feels like home. Aisa and Winnie are incredible hosts and all the staff are great. There’s a really warm, friendly atmosphere here and you naturally get to know the other guests, so it feels more like a little community than just somewhere you’re staying. The location is my favourite spot on the island. You’re literally right on Bulabog Beach, it’s nice and quiet, far enough away from the crowds and noise, but still only a short stroll to everything you need and the main center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with hot showers and toiletries provided. It’s also very safe and secure with 24/7 security. I’ve also eaten at the restaurant lots of times and the food is seriously good. Aisa & Winnie have also been incredibly helpful with advice about Boracay and the Philippines in general - where to go, what to do and plenty of local tips you wouldn’t necessarily find yourself. I honestly couldn’t recommend Aissatou highly enough. Whenever I’m in Boracay, this is where I’ll be staying.

Here’s a polished, natural version that keeps your warm and genuine tone: We spent 10 nights at this property in June, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place is clean, spacious, and in a perfect location, right in front of Bola Bug Beach. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mrs. Aisha, who was extremely cooperative and went above and beyond to help me modify my booking and make sure everything was accurate. I truly recommend this place and would happily stay here again. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful!

From the moment I booked and Aisa reached out with a welcoming email, I knew we would be happy here. The Beach resort in a small boutique hotel of 12 rooms, the top two levels are amazing apartments. They is a cafe on property and you are literally steps from the beach. Everything is in walking distance. We liked how quiet this side of the island was and yet you get be in D Mall in less than 10 minutes. My husband and I loved the apartment we were, number 12. We highly recommend staying here.

The property is very clean and quiet on a peaceful part of the island with instant beach access. The owners and staff are very accommodating, friendly and attentive. We stayed at the property for six weeks and loved it. Was away from the busier parts of Boracay, but within a 10 minutes walk to White Beach, restaurants and stores. Can also access and support local businesses within 5 minutes walk of property. Overall it was great!

The place is peaceful, not much of a crowd. You can witness some water enthusiasts doing kite boarding early in the morning.

We really loved it. It was very nice to be on the more quiet side of the town, but you can still walk in 10 minutes to the more crowded side where all the cafés and shops and the beach are. Even though we’re not kite surfers, which is mostly those who stay there it was still very nice.

If you seek Boracay lodging that isn’t in the middle of the station scene - you’ll love this place. Accommodating staff and rooms with good views make for huge value.
I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and wall placements of TVs awkward at best. Minor complaints!

Wonderful
Away from the all the crowds and noise that you get over on the west shore of the island. Very relaxing location, great views and island is still small to walk over to the ‘busy/touristy’ side during the day.
Only real downside was the TV, oddly positioned with where the bed is and no streaming apps available but really only effects at night since you’ll be out most of the day.

Location, but you cannot see the beach it’s covered by nature.
We spent 4 nights, and 3 of those we couldn’t sleep properly, people outside of the rooms were drinking and noisy every night. The owner or manager (a guy with glasses) was not friendly, we ask him if he had the time to talk about the noise and the first answer was “No”. Finally we left one night before our reservation and we ask to give back the night we didn’t enjoy, we never got an answer.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom and room service was really good.
However the Hotel is far from everything so have to walk to the other side of the island every time. Also, the Wifi of the residence is absolute bad, wasn't even enough to book simple Klook tours, absolutely ridiculous with 0,04 Mbit/s.
