Wonderful
Staffs are friendly. Specially ate Nena ???? She treats guests like family members. Even we surprised them to have guest in bad weather as we arrived in Phillipines without knowing that there will be typhoon on the way ? .. she is still very welcoming with offering drinks ??and very accommodating that she gave us the most excellent room with balcony and nice view of angry ocean that time as it’s typhoon ? Note: those cute furry puppies are welcoming as well ??? They let us cook in their kitchen as well which we really love to make our own foods to share and also she’s very helpful in case we need something ? I missed when we eat together that you will feel like home ? ?(not just accomodation) while in vacation ❤️❤️❤️ that’s why we extended some more days with them
Though I understand its typhoon when we arrived, electricity is not working properly for wifi connection and water pump in faucets.. specially I love taking shower almost 2-3 times a day plus Im washing my clothes directly after use ? and also internet browsing is important part of life nowadays ? But overall, they try to work very well to make it sorted.

great staff
very narrow road, beach full of trash and smell of burning trash/plastic that comes into the room because their aircon is window type.. my girlfriend got sick and decide to leave after 3 hours, worst experience on booking.com, waste of time driving there and the booking cost itself.. hope we can get a refund

We had two rooms in the yellow house, one of them with view to the sea. View and access to the sea were fantastic. Both rooms were quite big and with big balconies. Staff was very nice.
Food and beverages: the menu is quite big and offers even Schnitzel and cocktails. However, the real availability is limited to some philippine dishes, chicken sandwich and pizza from the freezer. This is a pity, especially considering the location of the hotel which is a mess to get there and away. Similarly for the breakfast: although according to the menu, there should be also a continental option, there are only the typical filipino dishes. I think we had the breakfast included, but chose to leave and look outside as our kids would not eat rice and sausage or fish for breakfast. Another issue were 3 karaoke parties around in the neighbourhood, each playing and singing different music. We slept around 10 pm with all the noise around and woke up at 5 am, still with the same singers and parties. Of course, one should be aware of the local habits, however if you don't participate in such parties, they can be annoying.

Free toiletries looks like expired, the tv only has one channel, air con is okay but is small for the room that cooling takes time. Hope you clean the beach front, that way more guest would be enticed to go there

The staff is welcoming and helpful
Very poor ? . No hot water at all. I was given a different room. But that's ok. But steps leading to the floor is too narrow. Difficult to carry bags so many dogs around the open areas and licking the food plates which aren't collected from the table. The access to the location is very narrow . Driving a car is little difficult

The entire hotel staff were extremely professional and courteous. The hotel and property was kept immaculate. The room accommodations were perfect.
The issue was with the two adjacent properties on either side of my hotel (White Castle Hotel). I checked-in on Monday, March 18th. The first night was absolutely peaceful, tranquil and very relaxing. On the second night (Tuesday, March 19th), on the property next door/adjacent to my hotel was having a “family reunion” of approximately 30-40 people less than 40-meters from my bedroom window. This party lasted only until about midnight, with a beach bonfire, extremely loud karaoke singing, plenty of alcohol consumption and loud voices. I said nothing to my hotel management the next morning, because the previous night of partying next door became somewhat quieted/acceptable around midnight. However, on the third night (Wednesday, March 20th), there was a huge party at the hotel next door. It was a “Corporate Team Building Event” for the employees of a company in Manila. They were playing games, making announcements on a loud public address system, singing karaoke on a professional karaoke machine, drinking alcohol and partying around a large bonfire on the beach. They didn't stop until 2:00 AM. Needless to say, I woke up around 1:30 AM, and I couldn't fall back asleep until after 3:00 AM. And to make matters worse, this Corporate Team Function/Corporate Party”fired-up” their public address system and started singing karaoke on a professional karaoke machine again at 5:55 AM…!!! With little sleep after two nights of partying “neighbors” next door on both sides of my hotel room, I notified the hotel management that I had decided to check out of my room one day early and return to Manila. And even though the Hotel Manager agreed to refund the last/final night, this website (Booking dot Com) refused to honor the refund…!!!

Very Good
Very comfortable and service was done very well and staff was very accommodating to all our requests. Especially when help was required on jumpstarting our stalled car battery. Outside, cool sea splashing on the dark sands reflect the sunny atmosphere at sunset and surprising land to cover during sunrise. The swimming pool on the resort was refreshing too.
Access to the resort is frustrating but not on the side of the resort but to the local government unit as well as the signs to the resort should be easily seen and followed. I was told the tarpulin signs are stolen by the local residents which is very disappointing. I hope this issue gets resolved soon for more local and foreign tourists to arrive.
