The outside parking area and courtyard were quite unique. It had sections of manicured lawn in the Japanese style, including bonsai, sculptures and other items that pleased the eye. The outside area and inside the halls and rooms were very clean and tidy. The personnel from the receptionist to the security guard were welcoming, polite and professional. I will be happy to stay there again as the price was very acceptable.
The first room we stayed in had no toilet seat. The second time we stayed I jokingly requested a room with a toilet seat and we got a highly sanitized room with the cleaner masking smell because it was a smoking room, but we had a toilet seat ?

wasn‘t really super clean, quality of the shower, security wasn‘t that friendly, bars in the proximity only have „girls of pleasure“ that are forced upon you.

Staff are helpful when we badly needed an adapter.
Room and facilities need to improve, but it's okay since we only stayed there for sleeping prior going to Galera the next day.

Wonderful
The staff are very accomodating and approachable. Superb customer service! Did not expect much but we're very satisfied with their service. Also, the room, specially the bathroom it is very clean.
Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you don't want to spend 130pesos for 2 small sachets of shampoo and 2 sachets of conditioner. But they have free soap, toothbrush and toothpaste.

security staff was nice and helpful
shower basically not available, so as aircon paid for a suite premium price and the stay was quite bad, haven’t slept properly as aircon is not worthy name of aircon, after 24 hours of cooling room was still hot. I would suggest to stay away.
