Wonderful
Spacious rooms, beautiful location, calm, the food was in great variety ? we had a great stay!
There's a double door going to the other room which is locked but when there's other guests in the room next to yours it can get quit noisy.

The view was great, clean locker and shower facilities by the beach and very peaceful and clean outside. The staff are lovely. We like their pizza!! Nice clean beach too.
They told us the room isn't ready yet. We were expecting it to be spotless when we got into our room but it was dusty, with cobwebs, spiders and mosquitoes. The dust triggered my asthma. The waiter missed 2 of our orders.

quality of pools and beach area was very good. Food and beverage in the Bar was good. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. The staff were helpful and efficient
I could not understand why the quality of a la carte food in San Diego Restaurant was so poor. A contrast to the bar where the menu was interesting and the food good. San Diego was like a throwback to 1980's Philippines F&B. Bizarrely being on a beautiful peninsula, surrounded by water, there was no fresh fish on the menu just frozen fish - which tasted old and chewy - a massive disappointment

The room was a good size for the price, loved the bathroom. Loved the pizza and Mongolian buffet. Especially enjoyed mini golf (although a bit overrun) and 9 hole golf amenities!
Some areas and amenities need an upgrade such as the mini golf, shuttle, and beach restaurant.

Exclusive place, near the sea. The room has a sea view which is very relaxing especially in the morning.
Need to improve the reception in the beach area. During our visit, there are few guests maybe that is why the reception in the beach do not have a staff.

Gorgeous location, most of the staff were super friendly
Below our balcony was a small beach and debris from the sea accumulated on the beach and was not a good look. I asked about it and was told they have certain days they clean it. During our 4 nights there it wasn't cleaned up. Upon arrival our tv didn't work right and a technician finally came after several requests and at first was told there couldn't be anything done. We told him that was unacceptable and he managed to do a go-around the problem and guess what, it was fixed! Housekeeping was inconsistent, there were 3 of us there and they sometimes forgot to replenish coffee packets and appropriate number of towels. I was going to try snorkeling or kayaking but the equipment looked run down.

We expected to be in a "casita" with garden view only, but had a perfect view of the cove. This is a magical place. We highly recommend it.
