Our room - cabin family was huge. There were a lot of activities to do within the property for a price. Food at restaurant was affordable.
We went there when the wave pool - one of its main facilities was closed for renovation. The hotel website didn't indicate this closure and so we.proceeded with our booking. Our stay would have been much more enjoyable if all the wave pool was.open.

The place is a bit run down. Cabins are too close to the road and therefore a bit noisy.

During my two-night stay, I noticed several areas that could be improved: there was no toothpaste provided, the water bottles were not replenished, and the temperature control for the showers was difficult to manage as it fluctuated between hot and cold frequently. Despite informing the staff about the need for plates and utensils from the previous day, no one came to assist. Additionally, there was an issue with trash not being picked up promptly.

All the staff are kind and helpful, very professional.
Water heater in the bathroom does not work well. Kids are not free on breakfast, but there is not much variety of food for them. Otherwise, we had a good stay.

General Location
The rooms are dysfunctional in terms of layout, location of outlets, switches, TV etc. The rooms are long and narrow. Wifi signal is only available in one end of the room but in area where one would put a laptop … I encourage the owner and manager to spend some time as guests to see how mismanaged and dysfunctional this place is!!!

We paid 3 rooms with double beds quite spacious but that's it.Nothing more good to say ! Too pricey for this and alot of problems including the location that is too far from everything,
Water is one of the main problem in this Resort. So disappointing that water doesn't run well,that you have to wait till you get wet for an hour tops including flushing the toilets. It's a big resort with different restaurant but sadly was all close except for one in the reception which is too expensive for 1 customer. Worse is we chose this Resort because of the adventure like zipline and others which are closed! No consideration till the last day of stay at 7 am we heard an echoing event outside using their microphone that all was woken up. All in all was a nightmare and we will definitely not recommend it to all foreign or local people. What you see is not what you get!

it was very Big. if you don’t have a Car, very hard to walk around the entire Resort.
Food choices was a little difficult, but the restaurant on site was ok, a little pricey

There was nothing good about it
The water in the pool was so dirty that most people not wearing swimming clothes just dressed and swimming.
There was nothing in the bathroom and little water came out.
There's no refrigerator in the room.
I paid room fee 12500peso per night.
This resort is worth 2,500 pesos, not 12400 pesos.

I like the most is the location and the activities they offer.
food and facility is expensive, I don’t mind paying, however I didn’t get what I paid for. the facility such as the room is not comfortable, water is not supplied everyday, I ask twice to replenish my two bottles but it didn’t came, I need to follow up a lot for the additional beds, buffets restaurants doesn’t much have any choices.

The grounds were huge. The room was huge and the Xmas village was a fun activity that the kids enjoyed. Very cool weather and there were a lot of trees, you could really feel that you were staying in nature.
Some of the facilities are old like the obstacle course. The place can actually be beautiful if they just upgraded some of the facilities a bit. Some of the restairants were closed.
