Very Poor
The only good thing about this property is its location. Everything else is not fit for purpose and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing
Spacious n beach view. Breakfast not bad. Also, I would like to note that the water bottle which was I think just one liter, that lady charged me 100 pesos. I understand prices in the hotel cost more but I think it was way overcharged. She did not give me a receipt.
We are dismayed by the quality of the room. Yes, it’s spacious which is a plus but the flooring seems like stained with paint drops, towels were worn out, almost look like a rug and water doesn’t drain well when taking a shower.
We have other family in bigger rooms. They booked the big one to accommodate the number of people - 6 people and yet they were only given 2 complimentary breakfast tickets? Why? It is not fair that they only get two when they paid more for the number of people in the room to accommodate them. This was the first time that we encountered such policy. 2 free breakfast each room regardless of how big your room is or how many people in your room.
Another thing, we had leftover food from a good restaurant in Tagaytay n we brought it down to put in the fridge. We understand we can’t bring such main entree food but obviously those can’t be heated n eaten since there’s no microwave. Therefore, why such very strict policy? We didn’t want to spoil the food so we just store it in the fridge.

The view and the beach.
The fact that the hotel don't mention on booking that I need to have 2000php for deposit even if is paid in advance and my fiancee needed to leave her ID there to be able to check in and if we would pay by card the money return is 3 weeks. Also the room 237 was horrible, the doors were swallow because of the wet tiles and literally you needed to kick them in to open. The rust not to mention and the green algee growing on the shower head.

Hard to contact front desk. No one came to clean our room for 2 days stay. They gave us toiletries upon request on our 2nd day.

It’s easy to find, the place is affordable for its facilities, staff are friendly, the beach is beautiful, and the room is cozy. Breakfast was great
The bathroom which was a bit smelly. A humidifier would do the trick

Location. It is close to Manila . Rooms with sea view. Nice pool. Swimmable beach. Firedance at night. Bed by the window with sea view.
I hate giving this hotel a bad review because I truly want this hotel to thrive. But The hotel has a problem with their drainage. There are certain areas in the hotel that terribly stinks .I booked 2 rooms for a group of four-room 305 and room 306. I could not sleep in room 306. The whole room smelled like drainage. I contacted the front desk.They sent somebody to clean the room but the awful smell was still there. I had to cover the drains with the thrash cans and open the door to lessen the smell. Water also pools at your feet when you shower. The towels were old and threadbare. The breakfast can be improved. The fridge in room 306 was not working. Maintenance of the rooms and hotel facilities is very poor.

There was nothing to be liked about this resort.
I didn’t like the fact that there was a change of breakfast venue that wasn’t announced and the staff whom we met along the way to the old venue didn’t even bother to inform us. Breakfast/food area was infested with bugs and cockroaches and the room had mouse.

Location is great because it is beachfront. One of the managers was nice and emphatic but still no fixes for most of the issues.
I booked an executive room and 9 other rooms for 18 family members. The shower drainage for some rooms was not draining properly. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not good. The safe did not work (maybe battery issue) and I called multiple times, but no one cared to come and fix it. Wi-Fi was not reliable at all. This hotel badly needs repair and fixes.
