Great views! Picture worthy!
Massage therapists were amazing
Seems a little run down/in need to maintenance in some areas. Bad smell in some rooms
Small selection available the restaurant
Staff doesn’t coordinate well with restaurant - they have away my rooms free breakfast to another room
Staff doesn’t clean up the water where guests snorkel and kayak

Wonderful
Beautiful property. Very nice attentive staff.
We didn't like that we had to step up almost 3 feet to get into the tub to take a shower. Also, tiles around the tub being lower than the tub resulting in standing water all over the bathroom floor after each shower. The restaurant likes to put cucumber in things. Even though it's not listed on the menu. They put it in their quesadillas and club sandwich...cucumbers don't belong in either.

Very Good
The vibe, the food and overall atmosphere.
Toiletries may be improved. The hot and cold in our shower was not working well.

Just the view for taking pictures
The staff in the front desk are unapologetic. When you are raising your concern to them, they seem to not care which looks like they do not want to offer a service. Place is nice however, not clean. There were too many insects to every aspect of the room which is not good considering the price you pay. Lastly, no places within or nearby the hotel that you can go to.

View, thats it.
Overpriced food, unable to do food delivery which they will charge you! Additional charge of 1000 pesos if you are unable to check out on the dot at 12pm.

Wonderful
The staff was super friendly, room was ok ok, bed was comfy, overall, stay was good.
There were no restaurants outside of the hotel, needed to eat at the hotel. Shower drainage was not draining quickly, everytime we take a shower, there's puddle of water.

Location is not far from my place in laguna. Loved the room by the pool anc snorkeling access by the beach. Had fun with Bryan during snorkeling. Bad experience from the receptionist being stingy on laundry bags. We are 3 friends and wanted to ask for 3 laundry bags for our dirty/ wet clothes but Ramil stated policy of hotel to give max of 2. Customer service is bad. Also during the snorkeling we ask one of the staff to get us snorkeling gear and was told to get it ourselves and go back up again from the beach. No fruit shakes available from resto . They need to improve their customer service. Hotel is pricey but loved the room we had by the pool and beach area…. We just didn’t have a very good experience with customer care. Also pool can become too cold at night.

I like the way the property looked having the Santorini theme. It seems like the property was poorly maintained. The faucet in the bathroom has so much lime build up on it. The shower didn’t have any hot water. The front desk sent someone to check only to find out after an hour that they have to change the heater itself. It was getting late and we needed to shower. I asked the front desk if there’s another room they can transfer us but the hotel is full. They said they have one room available but it’s small and with only one bed. I suggested if we can use it just to shower and then we can go back to our room. There was no other solution so they let us use the other room.
The double doors to the balcony were not locking properly so they also had to fix it.
We asked to schedule a massage session that was done in our room on our bed. We laid the opposite way. Our feet were facing the headboard. The therapist removed all the pillows and they stepped where our heads were supposed to be. So after the session, I got grossed out from the fact that there feet were stepping on where the pillows are. I asked the front desk to send us some sheets so I can cover the part where they stepped on.
Please see above
Additionally, at the Greeka restaurant, the servers don’t come back to clean the table once you finish eating. They also don’t check back if everything is ok with the food. Most of the time, we need to flag them if we need anything else.
The first day, we ordered chicken inasal, we waited for a while and the chicken was real dry and hard to chew. I didn’t say anything since it’s was so uncomfortable to keep flagging the servers. We have a whole chicken and when I asked for chicken oil, the server gave us a teeny weeny amount of it.
At dinner, we ordered carbonara and pancit canton. The carbonara was strangely sweet and the pancit was so salty. We were so hungry that we did our best to get something in our stomach and squeezed tons of calamansi to soften the saltiness of the pancit.
When we told the server after I asked him to clean our tables, he said “sorry”. We paid for the entire bill. No one came over to see if there’s something they can do.

We love the hotel how it represents the vibe of santorini.
The hotel room looks old while the swimming pool needs a full renovation.

The staff was awesome! The property was a beautiful Santorini themed resort with snorkeling available on location.
The food selection was terrible. Very few items on the menu were available and there are no restaurants near by. Only instant coffee. Not what you would expect of a resort in this price range.

Good
The property is good and really gives Greece vibes.
Very limited food options in the restaurant. Bar closes at 9pm but by 8pm on a Saturday all they got are beers and they don't serve cocktails anymore. Snacks in the vendo machine also ran out. They should stock up supplies especially if they have a lot of guests.
