I liked the hotel design and concept.
Amenities (hiking not available, gift shop not open, massage in your room not in spa, pool bar not really a pool bar and beverages were not available for the most part) Half of the staff were not accommodating No ATM and change for big bills

Water activities and we can bring food inside
Rocky shoreline but as expected from mabini batangas. No accessible complimentary drinking water. Maybe you can provide a water dispenser per floor. More sustainable.

The aesthetics and the vibrancy.
When we arrived, the elevator was not working, though, it got fixed the next day. They do not serve liquor and food at the pool side in the morning and lunch time.

Very creative design, facilities available were good
The water in the bathroom - was very unreliable. Tasted salty - so it was a bit yucky when brushing your teeth. When taking a shower, water Wouldnt turn warm when needed, once the temperature was corrected, the water either was too weak or almost disappeared. There was also a time when the water turned very murky (like squid ink appearance).

The beds were comfortable. The overall architecture of the place is nice. However, the place is a bit of a fixer upper. It would benefit with better maintenance.

restaurant with great food , no smoking policy for the whole area.
no hot water shower supply unless you ask for it every time you need it, the heater has problem for three of our rooms, not just my room. some people would love to enjoy a hot shower will be very disappointed! staff : seems working not so happy , cant see their smile. sorry for them!

Parking is terrible, its cramped and even triple parking was implemented. Hotel told us to park in another area outside of the hotel as an option. After overnight parking, our car was scratched by someone else. I will rate the parking service as below zero. Very very disappointed!

Were family of 16 persons, they gave me and my mum room 306, smells musty , left the aircon going thinking that the smell would dissolve, while roaming the place, came back after 2 hours musty smells still lingers, went to report it to the reception and sent housekeeper who just sprayed air scented spray . I have asked her what if the smells stay , she then stated that she will spesk to the reception shain, weve waited 10-15 minutes sitting outside the room but nobody came. I went up again to reception for the srcond time and informed them that the smells lingers and I wsnt to take a snooze before tea, told me that its all being sorted. I have fallen asleep in the lobby, dont know for how long, all I heard is somebody calling me, and stated that they are moving us to a different room ehich should have been done earlier. They moved us below at room 505 ehich was fine , but yet again the only lift available was broken, and with me was my elderly mother with knee problem and limited movement due to arthritis. No apologies was said from the management, there was a typhoon and free water activity was cancelled, no other option or activities In place. The restaurant was near the reception and climbing the stairs was anothet story for my elderly mum. Nobody fixed the lift, its still broken when we left. Overall , my whole experience was a disaster. The room doesnt have any exhausts to let air out.
