In my room washroom is dump and water stays on the floor. I was moved 2 times because of bad washroom facilities. I hit my head while trying to dry the floor in the washroom. Ants on the floor too. Big insect flying on our room. We had to call to get it out of our room. I paid for big room with big bed. Ended up on a small room with small bed. Other room reserve was worst my cousin said they had to call service crew because the water in their washroom build up 1 inches deep . They had to manually scoop the water out. They did not request transfer because the kids are tired. Extremely unsatisfied.

We absolutely loved the mountain view from our room! It was so peaceful and serene—truly the perfect spot for a quick escape from the city.
The water flow from the shower was quite weak. It made it difficult to take a proper bath because very little water was coming out.

I had my best stay in Duyan! All staffs are approachable and accomodating, the foods they serve are sooo good. It is also beside the best pool,the Infinity pool, in Sinagtala. If I'll go back in Sinagtala, I will book with Duyan again. Well recommended.

I like the peace and serenity the place gives me. When I woke up, and looked outside, I see the trees, plants, mountain, or the nature which I love. It rained, that made it even better for me, because I love the sound of rain and the cool temperature it spreads out. The staff is very attentive and serves with a smile and a happy countenance.
The resort has a physical map and a digital one that you can download via QR code. It would have been better if the farm resort has bigger signs like the amusement parks, for all the access trails to know where the exit and entrance, where to go for zipline, sky bike, skywalk, bumper cars, etc.

What we loved best with Duyan House is the very friendly staff! They are all very accommodating and very thoughtful esp during breakfast. I also think that it was worth the price, esp that it comes with a simple buffet breakfast and unli coffee in their restaurant while it is open. I also loved the garden everywhere- a lot of really nice flowers blooming when we were there. The view from the inifinity pool was breathtaking, too. There were many activities to do but due to the rainy weather, we were not able to pursue the activities we wanted.
For improvement, Duyan House could have a bunch of umbrellas for guests to use especially during rainy season so they could walk around the place (esp going to the events place) and to the parking lot not getting wet. :)

The location and the pool. But I wish they mentioned other accommodations in Sinagtala property (like Labuyo Villa) at the website and not just Duyan. We would have been given better options.
The room we had was not well kept. There were a lot of bugs. No one cleaned the room because “we did not ask for it to be cleaned”. We had to ask for toilet papers, we had to ask for water, we had to ask for service.

Beautiful spot, n the facility was very well maintained. Our single room had a balcony with a mountain ⛰️ view n the weather was cool kinda like Baguio. The Infinity pool view was incredible ?. Would definitely visit again

Our room (which I thought are roomS) are not the same as I thought I booked via Booking.com. Breakfast Buffet only have 3 dish selections. Limited restaurants outside of the resort.
