Very Good
The staff let us check in earlier than the time set which is a big plus because we arrived early in the morning as compared to checking in at 2:00PM. The room was already set when we checked, complete with amenities as a hotel. The hotel was also a walking distance to SM City Baguio, Session Road, Baguio Night Market, and other locations near the city proper. It was not a hassle to go to these places because of they're only a kilometer or less of walking. The silog breakfast menu is also a plus since it's included in the amount paid. 7:00-9:00AM to claim and eat the said breakfast is very much okay to start the day and explore Baguio City. Overall, for its price, and its location at the city proper, it is the best at most compared to its neighbors. I would definitely recommend it to others!
I have a few dislikes. 1. The WiFi is weak in our room. We had to use our mobile data. 2. The window inside the comfort room had white watermarks. 3. No bathroom tissue found inside the comfort room. 4. The wall between our room and beside us is only made of plywood. Might be less private due to that. 5. The elevator smells like cigarettes.

When I visited Baguio, the temperature was 17 °C, so I expected that there would be a heater, but to my surprise, there is a machine for a heater, but not working.

Wonderful
I like the location, foremost. It's walking distance to must go places in Baguio. It's an old hotel, so expect some flaws in the facilities, but still it's the hotel I choose whenever I stay in Baguio to relax. Breakfast is basic Pinoy. I recommend this hotel to family and friends. You can never go wrong.
The towels and linens are not immaculately white.

The location
Everything, the hotel is so old. The mattress is itchy, the pillow is not conducive for sleeping, they even charge 20 pesos if you request for extra pillow. Super sad

Accomodating staff,transpo accessible,walking distance to/from the central business areas.
It's not that I don't like but maybe just a lil bit of comment about "cleanliness"..The room itself was clean though,, but the shower room got this strong scent of bleach or cleaning solution they used which is so unpleasant to smell,so strong until I almost don't want to breathe and I was unable to sleep. Maybe they could use lighter solution esp. if rushed time of checking in of customers or if it's only the room available during the hour/time of check in. Thank you.. P. S. I closed the. Shower room door but still the whole room was like scented with bleach.

Breakfast is just fine but we expected more of it tho. I like the Longsilog I ate. I also like the neatness of the room we have stayed. But I hope there are some freebies like snacks.
Just the blower isn't working and there is no bidet in the toilet.
