Smoke smell bad, aircon didn’t ever cool the room, towels smelled terrible

The location was nice. That’s why we gave it a chance.
As soon as we entered the room it was clear someone had smoked in the room a lot. The smell was strong. They sprayed the curtains with air freshener but that only covered the smoke smell. Second the aircon did not work as soon as we got in the room. They worked on it a couple minutes and said just give it time. It never got the room anywhere near cold. Next the safe did not work they had to come reset the password so it could be used. Last straw was the bath towels smelled so bad we didn’t even want to use them to dry off. We spent a total of about 4 hours then packed our bags and left the hotel. Hotel basically said too bad we are not giving your money back for the 4 additional nights we had booked.

Location was close to entertainment and restaurants
One of the 6 rooms I reserved had strong odor from smoking. Staff offered much smaller room as replacement. Room would not work for one adult and three children. Property had adjoining rooms available but refused to move my two daughters with 6 children to those rooms staying they couldn’t move them because I made my reservations through 3rd party. Tried to give 3 rooms for the two adjoining rooms but told no because it would be an upgrade, even though the rooms I wanted to trade cost more than the adjoining rooms. Doesn’t make sense that they could change rooms for their convenience but not for ours. Also, no elevator in older part of building, carrying bags up and down stairs was not fun.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile—truly top-notch service that made a big difference in my experience. The location couldn’t be more perfect—everything I needed was within walking distance, from great restaurants and shops to key attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it’s a super convenient base. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and service provided. You get real value here, without breaking the bank. All in all, highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality!

The room and half of the hotel does not match the photos. The front desk told me "marketing strategy ". Which is very disappointing. Miss leading the public is not acceptable in my opinion

LOCATION AND ROOM SERVICE
In shower area there is no Sope and shapoo Holder. bathroom mat also not available, need to request and get. Doors closer not working proper its too heavy to handle and heavy noise while cloaing the door. bottom of the door more space and passage light entering inside gap and spoils darkness of the room.

Very close to walking street. The room was very nice and loved the big mirror next to the bed . The staff were very nice and friendly and always a smile for me. Hot water and water pressure are great. I would stay there again :)
