Disappointing
It was close to everything walking distance
It smelled like cat pee in the lobby. It looked really dingy in the upstairs bar and pool and the room wasn’t as clean as I would expect. For instance, the shower had a glass wall and it was dirty. The tub had stains on the bottom so I never used it and it also had a huge crack on the tub that was caulked with silicone. When you took a shower, it took forever for the hot water to come up and the water leaked out of the shower room and into the regular space.

Rooftop pool and roomservice food was great!
Rooms are a bit old, tired and in need of maintenance. Windows are double glazed but don't shut properly, so the street noise was coming through.

Staff very friendly and accommodating from parking to making sure the internet is working even late at night
The pools open till midnight this time of year you will use it late night swimming is great
The issue with the elevators slow and one broken it was just a waiting game haha on getting to your room

The ladies at reception are great, very friendly and always smiling. Convenient pool upstairs and food is pretty good too.
The lift stopped working so had to walk 14 flights of stairs back forth for almost 2 days until it was fixed.
In 30 degree heat and 80% humidity it’s not fun.

Venue was pretty central and surrounded by alot of eateries and entertainment
Looks a little rundown, housekeeping service could be more attentive in replacing the supplies.
Pillow were too soft for sleeping, there's no support to the neck.

The property was absolutely incredible, the bed was massive and comfortable, huge bath tub that overlooks the whole bedroom and a nice shower and toilet. Air conditioning is perfect.

The location is perfect. The restaurant being on the rooftop next to the pool is fantastic, nice cool breeze can be found up there. Staff are all fantastic people, very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast by the pool was fine. Room size was nice. Staff very nice.
Shower always overflowed on the floor because the door is hung wrong. Constant issues everyday with the oven not working correctly. Patched up water damage. Surcharge for everything.
