The new building and rooms. The staff actively tries to solve any problems that you have.
The cable. I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times. Every time the cable reception was terrible even the new building had the same problem. The rooms that have smart TVs the picture is perfect on the apps. So the problem is not the TV, it’s the cable service.

Good clean rooms. Helpful staff
Wifi did not reach the room. Check in was 3pm, we arrived at 3:30pm and the room was still not ready. Had to follow up at 4pm if it was ok and the lady on the reception was still unsure and had to go up herself to confirm.

staff were good until we had to deal with reception, the lady at the counter could not handle my complaint, she would escalate and be on the defensive, we were charged for extra pillows, it’s not a lot of money , only 75 peso per pillow but it’s the principle, already the room rate is high, why charge extra

Great atmosphere and excellent hotel personnel.
The bedspring was moving and it was impossible to seat at the top of the bed... Quite annoying! The swimming pool is great but too close to the lobby and restaurant, actually, nobody was using it during my stay of 4 days... Light is continuously ON on the room balcony as well as two low lightings inside my room without any possibility to switch OFF...

Not giving the Best Treatment for Older Guests (Senior Citizens) and Fair treatment for all other guests. You should give the best experience for every guest in your hotel to boost your Sales by referrals and not the other way around, improve your Customer service.

The place was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender, whose name I can't remember, was especially courteous and helpful. He was a delight to talk to during my stay. The location was perfect to access anything and everything you want in the city. The amenities inside the room leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, I would stay there again. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
The pool was dirty and the noise coming from the floor above me was intolerable at times. Not too many television stations to watch.
