Staff are polite. Location is accessible to malls and tourist spot...you just need to hail a cab bit not a place you can walk around.
Bed have bed bugs. No basic neccessities like slippers( if its out of stock, staff should already know this in advance and not make an excuse that its out of stock). No water jag and not even a glass cup. Water should be taken from the 2nd floor which is kind of inconvinient. Towels are off white. Roaches crawling out of the socket and we have to put tape on it during our stay. Small flies coming out of the overflow hole of sink. Dusty rooms especially under the bed.

What did I like???
None! It was a wrong moved to book this trashy hotel.
What I didn't like??? Here:
The location and the hotel itself. I was lured by the positive reviews that's why I booked this but my oh my, it was the very opposite of all the positive reviews when I get there! Very tiny motel like room. This is more like a spend the night workers stay and not for convenience. People or guests don't know how the word of "be silent"..U can hear dragging their feet walking and talking loudly. The damn AC blowing a tremendously noise sound like a thunder frightening sound! TV is a pain to change channels. I felt unsecured. You gotta pay for that damn toiletries on top of paying more than 1k pesos/night,.it's not so worth it to stay here. It's my bad though. I should've splurge more but I learned my lesson.
