The space. The staff.
contrary to what I have read, its not "tahimik" noise can be heard from the outsidside. Its a glass wall and no sound proofing.. cant sleep with the too much noise. And i think bed is full of dust mites already. pArang may kumkagat na di mawari. Booking.com . did not reveal real price ,only when I got there. Not evwn an email from Bookong.com.

This was the most horrific experience! We booked this place and never stayed there due to the dirty sheets and dirty everything we found there when we arrived. Even though we informed Booking.com upon our arrival that the place is dirty, with broken and PATCHED sheets and it doesn't match the description here on Booking.com, they didn't refund our money even though they said they would.

Accessible and near the restaurants
It is terribly noisy due to the construction activities between 8AM-5PM and the lobby smelled cigarette smoke. The sink faucet and the toilet bowl seat cover are broken.

Spacious and very accommodating staff. Good location as well.
The bathroom of the room we got has leak even after turning it off. Turned out the floor got flooded ?. Overall, staying here is so good for its price.
