Wonderful
Maike and Nikki were great, also the other staff very helpful. The room itself was okay, aircon was sufficient, shower had hot water, but Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. Maybe a larger couch would have been more relaxing.

Nothing. Dangerous place. Don't go there
Pictures are not what you get. The room is small, Aircon malfunction, staff is rude or absent, doors are ñot lockable. At checkout I was charged ridiculous fines, no receipt, guard physically assaulted me. My property was stolen. Police is informed, I am traumatized and injured, my property is withheld. By all means: don't go there

We arrived early and they didnt try to charge us 200 php per hour like the stupid hotels do for early check in. Everyone was super nice and friendly even carrying our big bags. The outside veranda was really nice too.

The staff was so kind and even upgraded our room to deluxe! The only problem is that the issue is not as cold as I expected. But overall it was a good stay.

We booked for JW apartments. When we reached there very tired of course, we were told that the apartments we reserved were not available. We were taken to another apartment, far away, in the middle of nowhere, and were shown the apartment, and as we expressed our dislike, were told that either we can take it or we can leave, and as we did not know where to go at that point, we took it with our strong dissatisfaction. The rooms in that apartment, both of them were without attached bathroom as were promised. There was one bathroom in the first floor, and one on the second floor, not attached to any room. Both the bedrooms were in the second floor, and hence no privacy and no comfort, Very dissatisfied. We in fact are asking you to give us compensation for all the inconveniences we had to endure, as a result of the original promises not kept. For anything and everything we had to take a trike paying 200 pesos each way, and the sad thing to add to that is no taxi driver knew where this place was. Please look into this situation, and kindly provide us compensation . Waiting to hear from you. Thanks.
Should have kept their promise, made through Booking. com. It is a disgrace to see people not keeping their promises.

I was moved to JW2. which has better location than the original place. The apartment itself is excellent. There is hot shower. If you wish to cook there are stuff there to use. But the number one plus for me is the location if you need to be around sm or dau area. SM is about 15min walk

The last time I stayed, I had Netflix and YouTube and good aircon but this time we had a small aircon in the bedroom, and it was not very cold and no cable Chanel and we were put in a different hotel .
