Fair
The construction is newer and attractive. The studio is adequate for two people. It was quiet at night. The bed was a mattress on a futon frame which was very comfortable.The wifi is good.
The microwave didn't work and was removed and the stove also had a burner problem which took a lot of time to fix. There was no cleaning for the entire 7 days. There were also some large reddish insects in the apartment.

- The staff; outstanding hospitality and very courteous. - The location is within walking distance from all points of interests. - The room I stayed in was roomy, has ia small cooking area and a microwave - The internet is uninteruptly fast
