Priscilla, the Front Desk Staff is very helpful.
The A/C unit was not working from the first night till the afternoon of the following day... we were transferred to another room available late afternoon.

Location and friendly security guard at the entrance The security guard was very pleasant and welcoming
The awful smell upon entering the room We we were couple but there was only one towel given Plus the other room noise can be heard from the room we occupied Shampoo provided but no conditioner

Room was spacious and nice.
Booked for 1 standard room for 2 guests(couple), and only one towel was in the room... when we requested another towel, they said no..hotel policy.. Only 1 towel for a standard room. Do they expect us to share a towel?? Didn't like it.

I like the hotel itself but every service was very poor management this time every food and bar is not good need to upgrade and more work to do.

The Airport transfer was very good.. Efficient. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The porters were friendly.
Service at the reception needs to be improved. Service with a smile was missing. It took too long to be checked in and the room was not available even after 2pm.
