Fitness room - all machines are broken
Stairs - steps are different heights, its dangerous

The room was very spacious and great food and coffee at the Cafe and Restaurant
Probably the bar. Didnt like it that it was a shared Cafe/Bar type setting.

Liked A nice hotel in a good location. Especially the staff (greetings to Joseph, Simon, Sonic, Peter and the rest) are nice and helpful. The restaurant serves European food with an Australian theme, so very fatty, for that it has a great view of the bay. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the hotel itself is gated with security. he continental style breakfast was surprisingly good, and there was plenty of choice

It was just a very nice stay with very helpful people around us. I had 2 x very elderly people, and they helped us all the time. the food was great for them as well, and having lifts in the place was a big help
Television reception was a bit hard to see for them at times.
