Location, room size, flexibility of stay. I asked for one hour extension & they agreed to it at no extra charge. Newer bathrooms.
Room design looked dated but it didn’t mater that much.

Excellent staff, good breakfast with friendly service, good location.
Low water pressure in the shower, the booked and confirmed twin bedded room was not prepared upon arrival.

Yummy breakfast, the room was warm and comfortable. The location was perfect very close to the main square.
It would be nice if the door had card keys instead of regular keys, so that each guest could have its own room key. Also, the positioning of the main mirror in the bedroom was not ideal.

breakfast was nice, the staff was very agreable. breakfast was fine and you have to order room service if you need other meals, the service is very fast and pretty decent. Location is very near the Plaza de Armas .

Hotel is located close to plaza de Aramas, on a quiet street.
Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.

Good hotel for a few nights. Good that water is included daily. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean. Laundry service good.
Our rooms didn’t have windows unfortunately so no daylight. Make sure you check this when getting a room.

Our room was comfortable and quiet, facing the inside courtyard. Although the room wasn’t huge, there was enough space for our suitcases and the bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries, fresh towels provided every day. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet- very happy it started at 6am so we could even fit in breakfast before tours. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the roof terrace. Staff were friendly, I love that they helped take our luggage upstairs when we arrived and dropped in a little chocolate every evening- nice touch!
No complaints- just keep in mind that it’s not a particularly social hotel, as they don’t have a bar (that we were aware of).
