Wonderful
Very good location in the City center on the quiet street without noise. Wonderful breakfast with fresh omelet. Pleasant manager on the reception, who gave us keys from the room early check-in time.

The staff was very friendly and easily reachable. The room was clean and the location was close to the city center. We were able to leave our luggage there for a few days during a colca canyon trip, they also have special storage for valuables. Breakfast is served on a nice, sunny terrace. We changed our plans to stay here a few extra nights because we liked it.
Beds are comfy, but rather small for 2 people. Hair dryer is available on demand (at the reception), it would be nice to have one in the room.

This is a gem of a place . Such nice rooms and the terrace is to die for , the rooms are so clean the bathrooms too , the location is just perfect - 5 mins walk to everything . The property is so beautiful, the breakfast on terrace is mesmerizing. I can’t think of staying anywhere else if I ever do come back . Arequipa is a beautiful place , plenty of sunshine all the time , the cobbled streets the restaurant the ambience . Such a nice hotel

Disappointing
The hotel is quite well located. Other guests mention the roof terrace, and this is indeed very nice. Breakfast was okay too
The hotel is more like a student hostel, with no real reception, stone staircases, poky bedrooms with uncomfortable beds. And we were charged 10 dollars just to replace a plastic swipe key that we lost for our bedroom.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms and facilities were kept clean and comfortable. We stayed in a spacious triple room.
There was no hot water in our room. It was tepid with intermittent warmer spells but not hot at any point during our stay. The other room in our party did have warm water and it was hot on days when not many other guests were there.

Wonderful
We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are nice and the roof terrace is beautiful. Here you also have breakfast, which we really enjoyed. The hotel is close to everything. The staff helped us book the Colca Canyon tour which was very helpful. Can highly recommend this place!

It has a very nice open terrace for breakfast and the staff were helpful. It even allow you to do your own laundry. I will stay again at this property if I come back

Very kind hosts helped us arrange everything we needed, provided breakfast at very early times and were hugely accomodating with our late arrival. One of the best places I stayed in Peru and truly excellent value - clean, large room and lovely staff. Got more than expected for the price. Thank you again to the lovely staff.

Everything was very good organized. I check in earlier than a check in time. The facilities are very convenient, hotel is located in the city center, so very easy to walk around
Everything was perfect. The door has a card system, you have to swipe, I guess they’ve just installed it as it got blocked ones and it caused a bit of stress as I was about to leave to the airport. The hotel in the busy street, so you can hear cars and people, dogs. It’s not super calm, but I have earplugs, so was fine.
Breakfast is rather basic, some fruits, cheese, instant coffee and eggs. No vegetables, but as I noticed it is not a thing in LATAM. I bought my own veggies and brought to the breakfast, that was the only way to eat savory breakfast.

Good bed, great breakfast and an awesome view from the terrace! Convenient location, a short walk to the city center but in a quieter street. Very accommodating and responsive staff, willing to help also with other travel arrangements,
the room was quite cold even though we traveled in November. After expressing that to the staff they have arranged a heater for us and that was much appreciated!
