Pros: just a 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas and within steps of many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores.
Staff were very kind and knowledgeable.
Room was spacious, cozy, and the bed was comfortable.
The kitchen or coffee bar played loud music on a nightly basis. My room was 208, which is located on the 2nd floor not far from the kitchen and coffee bar. This could be a problem for light sleepers. The hotel needs to be more considerate of loud music as it does impact its guests.
Shower pressure could be stronger.
A safe in the the room would be nice.

Absolutely wonderful from the breakfast to the room and the staff & their services. Location was wonderful too! Loved it all and would love to stay here again.
The stairs might be a bit inaccessible to some people but I didnt mind and loved the layouts; just a thought & I’m sure they could select a room to accommodate!

It is a very nice hotel. Close to the main plaza, restaurants, and shops. It is on the main street but very quiet.
There are lots of plants and flowers in the hotel that make it look like paradise.
The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I am very pleased with my stay.

staff was nice- breakfast was okay
far enough from the plaza so it’s more calm
staff at reception was nice and helpful and always smiling
they gave us an old looking room with a bad smelling leather black couch that was torn apart. they seem to be renovating some rooms but we did not get a new one. this made our stay unpleasant as the room smelled like a wet dog. the bathroom was also very old with rust and mold everywhere and the window/ ventilation was on the view of the second floor balcony so if you showered someone can peek through at your bathroom window from the second floor.
breakfast was only 1 day buffet style and the rest of the weeek you ordered from a menu and it was small in portions.
we feel it pay overpriced for the facilities we got.
also, they have their own exchange rate for peruvian soles and they refused to charge us in USD so we lost some money there

Can get noisy from other people staying and talking laughing outside…you can hear everything through windows and walls.

Room was very spacious , with space for an armchair snd sofa ! Enough wardrobe space . Very comfortable bed . Lounge area at front of hotel is nice . Welcoming , friendly staff . Decent location
Shower was hot but the taps were loose and almost came away from fittings when handling . Door to room seemed very light , could see through side fittings . Breakfast was fine , buffet style , cooked food came from onsite kitchen but only was during three day stay was I asked if I wanted any eggs .
