The breakfast offers a lot of choice. The rooms are spacious, and the jacuzzi was very great to have.
Location is good, but just outside of the centre of the city.

Breakfast variety was great.
The room was too small. Supposedly it had "view to the mountains", and while technically it does, you can only see them if you are in a very specific position and watching at a very specific angle. The bathroom's door could barely close. There was a desk in the room you could only use while sitting at bed.
The internet was completely awful, couldn't work at all from my room. What's worst is that right outside the room there seemed to be a wasp nest, which made it scary of us to go out during the day.

I stayed at Refugio Ecológico for a week and I had a very good time. It is very calm and relaxing and in a short walk to the centre and to the shopping mall. The room was comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was great and the people nice. I can recommend it.

Good location, short walk over the bridge to heaps of restaurants and cafes.
Breakfast was very slow to all be out, wasn’t kept hot really. We had first morning then didn’t bother again

The location was good, approximately a 10 minute walk from the centre. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the reception staff were friendly and spoke good English.
The windows/doors were not well insulated and all noise from guests was heard all night. Also, the city seemed to smell of smoke/burning and this always managed to get into the room which gave us a headache and made sleeping hard.

Very comfortable and big bed, nic e bathroom, great powerful and hot shower. Position very close to the city historical center but very quiet. All very good, the best accomodation I found in one month of Peru at a very great value. Highly recommended

they gave us a heater to use in the room, shower was good and hot.
tv didnt seem to work. got woken with knocking on the door because they were trying to move my car and has set off alarm. i had told the guy at checkin it had a secret alarm button but he said they wouldnt need to move it but still insisted on taking my keys. as a result my alarm was going for a long time in the driveway disturbing us and probably other guests. i wasnt ready to get up--i was sharing special moments with my partner who i was about to say goodbye too for a long time. this was majorly disrupted and didnt feel nice. thats why the low rating.

Room was very smelly and had no window to the outside, staff called in the morning waking us to inform about breakfast starting, many breakfast items ran out half an hour before breakfast ended

The location is perfect - on the walking distance to historical centre. Parking is at the entrance. Breakfast was delicious and creative. The room was nice, beds were comfortable. Nearby is also a large park and sports facilities.
