We absolutely loved our stay here, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to incredible restaurants, charming cafés, and so many must-see sights, making it the perfect base to explore.
Breakfast each morning was delicious and served with a stunning view from the upper terrace, such a beautiful way to start the day.
We arrived very early (5am!) and requested an early check-in, and it was handled seamlessly. Someone was there waiting to warmly welcome us, which we truly appreciated after a long journey.
The staff were exceptional, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Jackie and Allison, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Their warmth and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed.
Thank you again for such a wonderful experience, we would happily stay here again!

The property is very basic and not as advertised as a four star. The rooms lack a full length mirror and no air conditioning making the summers unbearably hot. There is a small fan that is provided but doesn’t help to appease the heat

I loved everything about this Hacienda style boutique hotel including the rooftop pool / lounging / breakfast deck with a beautiful view of the mountains!
A robe was promptly delivered to my room without asking - I had simply asked about the pool hours. Exceptional service!

Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The building interior and our room were beautiful (room 505). Sitting on the roof top terrace (with hummingbirds flitting about) for breakfast was an absolute delight in the morning. Lovely view of Misti, and the other mountains as well. Even saw condors one morning. Its only two blocks from the plaza was perfect. Being November, we had the hotel pretty much to ourselves. Only a handful of other guests. They even made us breakfast to go on our final morning as we had an early departure. Did not use the little roof top pool but I imagine it would nice on a hot summer day. Highly recommend! Best time to go to Arequipa.
Our window and door both opened onto the interior courtyard as is very common in these lovely hotels. The only issue we had was our room got a bit warmer than I like it at night and the only way to get any air flow was to have both the door and window open while we were awake in the room. Having just the window did help a bit though.
As we were there for Halloween on Oct 31, on that one night of our 4 night stay, we could hear music from a place down the street until the wee hours, but I’m pretty sure that was the case for anyone in the whole city as this city takes Halloween seriously! But the hotel is so lovely, it was worth it and all other nights were so quiet being November.

Beautiful place. Close to Plaza de Armas, the cathedral, the monastery and alpaca de mundo! Many dining options close by. Comfy bed. Exquisite bathroom. Beautiful roof top terrace.

Location, service, and the AMAZING view from the rooftop. Also, the food was excellent.
My room was lovely, but noisy. Some furniture pads under the chairs on the rooftop would stop the scraping from being heard in the room downstairs.

Room wasn't big but didn't need to be. Staff lovely, whole place run like clockwork. Everything very stylish. Location great being just a bit out of main square, super quiet. Great having fridge for a change and with not too expensive beer, etc. It was so lovely that gave us a wee snack pack as we left.
Would have liked one big duvet rather than 2 smaller German style thing. Tonic in fridge?!

Splendid location in Peru's most boutique town center. In walking distance to everywhere. The staff were very helpful in recomending a reliable tour agency for a visit to Colca Canyon
breakfast was good but not quite up to the rest of the experience. On our last day we went early for breakfast but still almost issed our tour because service was a bit slow.
