Exceptional service, especially from Jose in the front desk. Amazing breakfast and a nice clean room with comfortable beds. Hotel is also super close to the plaza de armas and within walking distance to most attractions. Overall a great experience. Would definetly recommend ?.

Very well maintained, pleasant atmosphere.
Unbeatable location very close to the Plaza de Armas.
Wonderful staff.
Excellent breakfast cooked to order.
Self-serve cold potable water and hot drinks 24/7 in the lobby.
2 very nice rooftop terraces.
Most rooms are in the interior part of the building and have no street noise (although Friday night there was a party with very loud music a couple buildings down from the hotel, so bring earplugs just in case).
We rented 4 twin rooms. They were well appointed but space was tight.

Personal and friendly attention (Jose in the afternoons was terrific!); safe and convenient location; laundry service?; good breakfast; strong hot water; luxury linens. Really rises to “boutique” service. Spent 4 nights. Good value. Liked the cold water dispenser in lobby.

Nice location, clean place, friendly staff, good breakfast. I stayed two nights. My tour for colca canyon started at 2.45 am in the morning and they packed me a sandwich for breakfast. It was really nice of them as I didn't ask for it, and the sandwich turned out to be so much better than the breakfast provided by the tour operator.

Location is good, room is spacious, shower is ok, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is nice. They let us have a late check out and that was very nice.
If you are a light sleeper be aware that the rooms facing the street is a bit noisy (it didn’t bother us though)

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff - shout out to Jose who was so helpful. Place is nice, clean, well priced and conveniently located. Very good value.
Room a bit smaller than anticipated - I guess we get used to American sizes!

The location was perfect for accessing the Centro Historico in Arequipa. Staff was very helpful and the hotel, while not elegant or high-end, was fully comfortable. We liked the rooftop terrace and the morning breakfast.
The street outside is busy and one-lane only so need to be very quick when accessing taxi or uber.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, specially Milagros and José who provided us with good restaurants and helped us with an early check-in.
The hotel is very well located with a view of the misty volcano from the rooftop.
An electric kettle in the room would have been nice to make some tea or coffee without having to go to the reception every time you want something hot to drink.
