Almost everything!
Using showers at peak hours you may not get hot water but it was so hot out i didn’t mind! Also bed was a little firm.

The location is just perfect. A few meters away from the main square, nextdoor to a groceries store and museum, close to restaurants, tourism agencies. Staff is friendly. The single room (204) is very spacious with a nice view.
It’s disgusting to find several hair from other people on the floor, on the bed sheets and on the towels. Cleaning should definitely be improved. Breakfast barely had options for vegans. Could have more sliced fruits, oats, maybe some more flavourful veggies to put in a bread… The room door was making a really loud noise when opening/closing but I asked them to fix it. I also didn’t understand why they change the whole barely used roll of toilet paper everyday, which is individually packed with plastic. So everyday there’s unnecessary plastic waste.

The location of this property is fantastic! Centrally located to the plaza. The room we had for 3 was quite large. The water got warm enough after waiting a few minutes. Bed was a bit soft but comfortable enough. We did not experience any noise during our stay just fireworks on Christmas Eve. Added bonus- TV has Netflix! We enjoyed using the communal kitchen. Morning breakfast hit the spot. Best of all was they allowed us to check in early after arriving on Peru Hop at 6am. This basic accommodation was a great value and offered nice private rooms.

The location is walkable to many restaurants, the national bank, and to a museum . The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The bathrooms and showering areas are spacious. The common rooms are huge. And unlimited use of the kitchen was a bonus.

Hostel-like environment with mix of dormitory rooms for the budget-backpackers and slightly pricier individual rooms, all with shared bathroom facilities. Place was cozy. Hot shower water was plentiful and pressure good. I had decent amounts of plugs and storage space in my room. And in the hostel-like setup, nice coworking space and self-service kitchen available 24 hours. Great location, within 1 block from Plaza de Armas. Would definitely recommend.

This hostel is in a great location, right next to the main plaza. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.and the shared kitchen is a big size. Hot water and tea was available 24/7. No drinking water but you can buy water in the hostel from 2-5 soles. The hostel has a lovely sun terrace, that has great views of the volcanic mountains outside the city. The hostel kindly stored our bags, free of charge, when we went to Colca Canyon. The shared bathrooms were clean and their was hot water in the showers

It was very well located, central yet quiet. The staff was very helpful, even very early in the morning. They had a shower and bathroom available when we came to pick up our language before a night bus.

Excellent location and friendly staff, 5 stars for this. I really appreciate the girl who came to meet and walked us to the hotel since it was pedestrians only street. A big communal kitchen gave us an opportunity to cut and tried local fruits.
Our private bath was really small and only bath soaps were provided. Although fresh cooked eggs were offered, I wish there were more varieties to the breakfast. I would come back better equipped to this location tho.

I really enjoyed the large shared spaces from the roof terrace to the living area on the 1st level which allowed to move around and not stay in the room all the time. Staff was really nice and were able to accommodate us with storing luggage while we were hiking in the Colca canyon.

Everything about this place was excellent. The location, the comfortable beds, you can get your laundry done at very low cost. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff were delightful. The place was spotlessly clean. Plenty of room to work if you are a digital nomad
