The stuff was really nice and helpfull
There was construction outside that woke us up at 7-8 am every morning, it was loud and even vibrated our room, we should be informed about this before paying top dollar.

The welcoming part was very nice, the reception staff and the bellboy, the security, all were very helpful and friendly. Hotel’s location is nice, surrounded by parks.
The decoration and especially the lobby was impressive, the pool area and the pool bar was lovely as well. Our room was looking over the main entrance but it wasn’t noisy at all. Room and the bathroom were larger than we expected, high ceilings and all were very comfortable. The breakfast had enough variety and good taste.
The hotel looks a bir outdated. The corridors and partially the carpets in the room need a bit of refurbishing, but nothing was dirty. Everything was very comfortable.

Didn’t understand why the sauna wasn’t ready if you have made a reservation- it would take a while to warm up which cut into the sauna time.

The hotel itself was really lovely, beautiful, comfortable communal rooms to relax and suites to sleep with extremely comfortable beds and bedding, great food, fantastic grounds to enjoy and relax with a giant tortoise and alpaca, and a play area for the kids and helpful staff.
The pool was very cold to use in April except for a very quick dip to cool off. But the pool itself, jacuzzi and area around the pool is lovely to enjoy.
The walk into the centre of Arequipa isn’t the safest with a very busy road to cross.

Nice property, clean rooms and good breakfast. However, the place is a bit old and toilets are not very comfortable (narrow tub & no other bathing space) and no tea/coffee kettle in room, only a espresso machine and it’s too difficult to heat water in that for tea.
