Absolutely lovely breakfast on the rooftop. Good selection, fresh and lovely staff making eggs. Staff at reception were so nice.
The room had no shelving or sufficient surfaces to put things on.

Had such a great stay here. Rooms were large and clean, the gardens were beautiful and LoLo the tortoise was a particular highlight. Breakfast also delicious.
The wifi did not reach our room that well.

Very good location close to historic area.
I liked everything about the property. The staff were amazing and were always willing to assist with any questions we had. Wonderful breakfast. They even packed us a lunch as we had to leave early in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

There is staff available 24/7, and they are very friendly. Great location. Nice beds and hot shower. Great breakfast up on a rooftop terrace. Great mountain views from another rooftop terrace. Lolo, the tortuga!

In the morning there is breakfast at the rooftop with fantastic view on the mountains. The location is just next to Monasterio de Santa Catalina

Great location in the centre of Arequipa. Everything was on walking distance. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They have a hotel turtle in the garden named Lola. Fantastic to see a 45 year old walk around when you get out of your bed every morning :-). Good breakfast, they make you your eggs of choice in the morning.

The room was comfy for three people. The courtyard was beautiful and sunny. We enjoyed meeting the resident tortoise "Lolo".
There was loud music coming from a club nearby that played late into the night making it hard to get to sleep. It was especially annoying on the day we had a 2:30am pick up for a tour. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence or not.

Staff were friendly and very accomodating to your needs. I had an early morning flight, but I got my breakfast packaged which was very considerate. Rooms were clean, good beds and hot water showers. Hot water available with coca tea was very helpful with altitude headaches.
I was in a room next to the stairs and hallway. The walls didn’t block out much of the sound, which made a disruptive sleep.

Close to Plaza de Armas, walking distance to the sights. Secure location, front door monitored. Desk is staffed 24 hours. Staff friendly and helpful with recommendations. Hot water in the shower. Bathroom is serviced daily. Lovely rooftop patio with views of volcanoes. Breakfast had meat, cheese, fruit, juice, buns, omelettes. Boxed breakfast when we left early for a tour. Lovely grassy courtyard with a tortoise in it!

The morning we went to cañon del colca at 3 am they offer us breakfast to take out so we won't missed breakfast at 7:15am

Location is absolutely perfect. Couldn’t ask for better! Although it did mean it was a little noisy on Saturday night but that’s the flip side of being in the centre. Our room had a massive bed and we loved the tortoise in the garden. Staff were so lovely and helpful.
The breakfast was good but had a few odd choices eg. The coffee was an unusual flavour and there was cereal but no milk.
