Hotel La Casa de Tin Tin is located about a 25 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. I specifically chose this cozy, quaint spot to enjoy a quieter nightly sleep away from the main square and give my father and I a reason to get some extra steps in! Beautiful home, felt so personal! Very kind, attentive staff who feel like family.

Our room was the one in the image promoting the hotel so it had a balcony with a view across the river and of the old rail bridge. I think it was once a house that was later converted to a hotel so there's an unusual intimacy to the space, with sitting areas and interesting artwork throughout. And yes, there's a Tin Tin theme. The staff was very attentive and helpfull. Breakfast was simple but enough and served in the little sun room. All very appealing.
Initially I thought it was too far from the historical district but I soon appreciated the quiet and intimacy of the space

The hotel is so lovely and well decorated, we booked a room with a balcony and it was amazing, great view, big bathroom, comfortable size bedroom. The location isn’t in the main area but we loved this - we were away from the tourist and backpacker crowed in a cute and quiet area. Walking into the city was easy and cabs were also an easy and very affordable option. The staff were so amazingly helpful with everything, laundry service was great, they even packed us a breakfast to go when we went to the canyon early in the morning. 1000% would stay here again!
The beds are a bit hard and water pressure is low but overall the quality of the staff and property more than make up for it. Note the room we booked had a bathtub but it can only be used as a shower

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Although not too central, the property was located in a lovely neighbourhood, very safe and not difficult to get to the centre from there.

Very nice & comfortable hotel with very helpful & accommodating hosts. Historical center is only 30 minutes walk from the property. Great breakfast with fresh fruits, croissants, eggs and coffee from local specialty coffee shop.

The atmosphere was unique, it feels like being home. The house is really comfortable and beautiful and so is the host that makes you live a familiar atmosphere. Everything was clean, the host super available, and good breakfast.
Love that Daniel speaks also english!

Very nice hosts. Good location quite close to the old city. Gorgeous view of a old bridge, very nice neighborhood!
Very spontaneous and adaptable hosts who supported us with personal matters! Would 100% recommend. Nicely furnished.
Loud dogs, no personal entry to house. For entry you always have to ring or contact the hosts.
The room quality wasn’t really equal. Same price for one room with great balcony and decent size as another a lot smaller room with no real balcony.

Amazing place! I really enjoyed staying here and that’s pity I spent only 1 night. The house is beautifully decorated it felt like someone’s hospitable home. The staff helped me with early check in so I can leave my bags before the tour. The breakfast was superb! Freshly made for me juice at a nice patio. I enjoyed the location - far from noise next to the river made me sleep perfect. And the most important - the staff there is super friendly and helpful! I wish to come back again

My time at casa de tin tin was just great! Super comfy and clean. Fast internet and delicious breakfast. Felt like I stopped traveling for a while and was at home :)
